Genshin Impact 7.0: Best Alyosha Teams for Stellar Conduct

The strongest four-character lineups that pair Alyosha's buffs and healing with a Stellar Conduct carry.

The strongest four-character lineups that pair Alyosha’s buffs and healing with a Stellar Conduct carry.

Alyosha is a 4-star Electro polearm user from Snezhnaya who slots into teams as an off-field support, healer, and Electro applier. His whole kit is tuned around Stellar Conduct. He raises the active character’s ATK, boosts Stellar Conduct reaction damage, keeps the on-field unit topped up, and drops off-field Electro to help trigger reactions. Because he arrives free in version 7.0, he is one of the first units worth building for any Stellar Conduct roster.

Quick answer: Run Sandrone (DPS), Odette, Yae Miko, and Alyosha for his best team. Alyosha cannot start Stellar Glimmer on his own, so you must keep a Cryo trigger like Odette, Sandrone, or the Cryo Traveler in the lineup.

How Alyosha functions in a team

Alyosha applies Hunter’s Mark with his normal attacks and Elemental Skill, and activating that mark grants ATK and Stellar Conduct damage buffs to whoever is on the field. His Elemental Burst summons Tugarin, which deals off-field Electro damage and heals the active character. That combination lets him cover two roles at once, buffing and sustaining, while a dedicated carry stays on the field.

The one thing he can’t do is start the reaction himself. Stellar Glimmer needs a Cryo trigger, so every team below keeps at least one unit like Odette, Sandrone, or the Cryo Traveler to enable Stellar Conduct. His value also scales heavily with his sixth constellation, which doubles his ATK and Stellar Conduct buffs and adds Elemental Mastery. Before C6 he is closer to a solid free option than a standout, and units like Qiqi can edge him out on raw damage in some Stellar Conduct comps.

Best Alyosha team: Sandrone Stellar Conduct

This is the premium Stellar Conduct lineup and Sandrone’s strongest team. Sandrone is the go-to Stellar Conduct carry in 7.0, while Odette and Yae Miko handle off-field damage and Alyosha keeps everyone buffed and healed.

CharacterRole
SandroneMain DPS, Stellar Conduct carry
OdetteSupport, enables Stellar Glimmer and buffs Stellar Conduct
Yae MikoOff-field sub-DPS, Electro application
AlyoshaATK buff, Stellar Conduct buff, healing, Electro

You can swap Escoffier in for Yae Miko if you prefer. If you don’t own Sandrone, the Cryo Traveler works as a stand-in main DPS. A C6 Alyosha noticeably raises this team’s total damage, since the buffs he hands the on-field carry roughly double at that constellation.

Cyno Stellar Conduct team

Cyno’s buffs make him one of the better Electro-based Stellar Conduct carries, and Alyosha fits neatly around him. Yae Miko dishes out Stellar Conduct damage and feeds Cyno energy particles for his Burst, while Odette or the Cryo Traveler supplies the Cryo trigger.

CharacterRole
CynoMain Electro Stellar Conduct DPS
Odette or Cryo TravelerCryo trigger, enables Stellar Glimmer
Yae MikoOff-field sub-DPS, energy particles for Cyno
AlyoshaATK buff, Super Conduct buff, healing

The Cryo Traveler is the key backup here. If you lack Odette, the Traveler’s Cryo element still lets the team trigger Stellar Glimmer.

Wriothesley Stellar Conduct team

Wriothesley can output Stellar Conduct damage as a main DPS, with Odette buffing the reaction and Yae Miko providing Electro application. Alyosha rounds it out with ATK and Stellar Conduct buffs plus healing.

CharacterRole
WriothesleyMain DPS
OdetteStellar Conduct buffer and trigger
Yae MikoElectro application
AlyoshaATK buff, Stellar Conduct buff, healing

Note: Wriothesley leans on a health-controlling mechanic, and Alyosha’s constant healing can work against it. If you want to keep Wriothesley below full HP, you can skip Alyosha’s Burst healing, though doing so cuts his buff uptime and Electro application. For pure comfort and sustain the pairing still works, but it is his weakest Stellar Conduct match.

Non-Stellar Conduct teams

Outside of Stellar Conduct, Alyosha can act as a general off-field Electro support who supplies ATK buffs, healing, and Electro application. That opens him up to Overload and Electro-Charged teams built around a Pyro or Electro DPS that scales on ATK. In these comps he can even fill in for Ineffa when you want to free up a slot for a unit like Sucrose for resistance shred.

  • Nicole, Chevreuse, Alyosha, Clorinde
  • Flins, Columbina, Alyosha, Sucrose

DPS units such as Varesa, Flins, Raiden Shogun, Arlecchino, and Clorinde can all take advantage of the extra Electro and support utility, even if these lineups are less specialized than his Stellar Conduct teams.

Whichever route you take, keep one rule in mind. Alyosha amplifies a Stellar Conduct carry rather than replacing a trigger, so always pair him with a Cryo unit that can start the reaction. Sandrone with Odette and Yae Miko remains his cleanest, highest-ceiling home, and a C6 Alyosha turns that lineup into one of the strongest reaction teams the region has to offer.
