Alyosha is a 4-star Electro polearm support built around the Stellar-Conduct reaction. He buffs ATK, applies off-field Electro, heals the active character, and raises Stellar-Conduct damage through his Hunter’s Mark. The catch is that he cannot start Stellar-Conduct on his own, so every team he joins has to bring a character who can.
Quick answer: Pair Alyosha with at least one Stellar-Conduct enabler (Odette, Sandrone, or Cryo Traveler), then fill the rest with Electro or Cryo units that scale on ATK. His strongest lineup is Alyosha + Odette + Sandrone + Yae Miko.
The one rule for every Alyosha team
Alyosha’s kit rewards Stellar-Conduct, but he never triggers it himself. Because of that, one slot must always go to a character who can enable the reaction. As of version 7.0, only three units do this reliably: Odette, Sandrone, and the Cryo Traveler. Cryo Traveler is the only free-to-play enabler, which matters if you are building a budget lineup.
Once the enabler is locked in, the remaining slots go to Electro and Cryo characters that push Stellar-Conduct further, plus a sustain unit if the main DPS is fragile. Yae Miko and Qiqi are the usual complements because they add off-field Electro and healing without stealing field time.

Premium Stellar-Conduct team: Alyosha, Odette, Sandrone, Yae Miko
This is Alyosha’s ceiling. Sandrone acts as the on-field main DPS, while Odette both enables and buffs Stellar-Conduct during her short time on the field. Yae Miko sits off-field and applies Electro far more consistently than Alyosha can, keeping the reaction going around Sandrone.
Alyosha barely touches the field here. He casts his Elemental Skill and Burst to summon Tugarin, then swaps out, leaving behind an ATK buff, healing, and off-field Electro. His value climbs sharply at Constellation 6, where his Elemental Mastery buff feeds the team’s reactions.
A workable rotation opens with Alyosha’s Skill then Burst, moves to Odette for her Skill and Burst, brings in Yae Miko for four Skill placements and her Burst, then swaps to Sandrone to loop her Charged Attack into Skill, finishing with her Burst before the buffs expire.
Electro DPS team: Alyosha, Odette, Cyno, Qiqi
Alyosha also supports Electro carries who lean on Stellar-Conduct. Cyno cannot enable the reaction, so Odette (or Cryo Traveler) has to hold that role. Sandrone could technically enable it too, but she becomes redundant here since Cyno takes the field.
With Odette and Alyosha buffing and Qiqi providing sustain, Cyno spends his whole Elemental Burst window cashing in those bonuses. The one thing to plan around is Cyno’s energy. He needs the team to refill his Burst while he is in the enhanced state, so build energy accordingly or swap him for another ATK-scaling Electro DPS.
Cryo DPS team: Alyosha, Wriothesley, Odette, Beidou
Wriothesley is a Cryo DPS who works around Stellar-Conduct but, like Cyno, cannot trigger it without an enabler such as Odette. He is more forgiving to play than Cyno because he has no strict Burst duration to maximize, so you can freely rotate him in and out during the team’s cycle.
You can run Qiqi here or replace her with Beidou, who buffs the team’s Stellar-Conduct reactions and provides a shield. Note that Alyosha’s healing can clash with Wriothesley’s HP-based mechanic, so some players skip Alyosha’s Burst to avoid healing him. Doing that cuts his buff uptime and removes his Electro application, so it is rarely worth the trade.
Free-to-play team: Alyosha, Cryo Traveler, Beidou, Diona
Because Alyosha is a 4-star, you can field a fully free-to-play team around him. Cryo Traveler is essential as the only free enabler for Stellar-Conduct, and takes the main DPS role by keeping Cryo applied. Alyosha and Beidou operate as sub-DPS units supplying Electro, while Diona handles sustain and adds Elemental Mastery and Stellar-Conduct buffs.
There is a second budget variant that pairs Alyosha and Cryo Traveler with Fischl and Prune or Sucrose. These free Hexerei units trigger the Hexerei buff and feed off-field Electro and Anemo, letting the team run both Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl while Cryo Traveler stays on-field applying Cryo.
When Alyosha steps outside Stellar-Conduct
Alyosha’s specialized home is Stellar-Conduct, but his off-field Electro, ATK buff, and healing still work in other reaction teams. He fits Overload and Electro-Charged setups when a DPS wants extra Electro and utility, and can slot alongside ATK-scaling carries such as Varesa, Flins, Raiden Shogun, Arlecchino, or Clorinde. These lineups are less optimized than his Stellar-Conduct teams, so treat them as flexibility rather than his best output.
Why Constellation 6 decides his value
Before Constellation 6, Alyosha’s ATK and Stellar-Conduct buffs are low, and Qiqi often edges him out in many Stellar-Conduct teams to avoid a damage loss. His signature C6, Standard Reclaimed, lets Hunter’s Precision stack twice and grants affected characters +100 Elemental Mastery at two stacks. That turns a modest ATK buff into a genuine team-wide reaction boost, and at that point he becomes the stronger support pick and one of the best healing options for the archetype.
Whichever team you settle on, the checklist stays the same. Bring one enabler, feed Alyosha enough Energy Recharge to Burst every rotation, and keep his Hunter’s Mark active by using his Skill before you swap. Do that and you will see the ATK buff, the healing, and the Stellar-Conduct damage land on your carry every cycle.
