Alyosha is a 4-star Electro Polearm character from Snezhnaya, a professional hunter who takes on odd jobs to help people in trouble. Several of his character voicelines are dedicated to his fellow Snezhnayans, and together they sketch out where he stands with the people around him, from the Cryo Archon down to the researcher who fixes his rifle.
Quick answer: Alyosha has dedicated voicelines about the Tsaritsa, Odette, Vodyanitsa, Valeriy, and Mitya. Open his character screen, go to the Voice-Over tab, and play each entry to hear the exact lines quoted below.

Alyosha on the Tsaritsa
Alyosha frames the Cryo Archon through the imagery of his frozen homeland. To him, her rule is a hardship that also keeps something worse at bay, and he openly wonders whether she will ever ease that cold.
“To me, Her Majesty the Tsaritsa is like the snow that covers this land. She brings a bitter cold we have no choice but to endure, but she also provides a buffer against the darker things in this world. Will any child of this frozen land ever see it thawed…? I do wonder if the Tsaritsa will ever grant that mercy…”

Two of Alyosha’s lines center on the Rokot, the group he works with to push for change in Snezhnaya. He is surprised that Odette, a member of the Fatui, shares their principles, and that discovery leaves him more hopeful about the future.
“I was very surprised to learn that Odette was part of the Rokot. I never thought a member of the Fatui would share our principles… But, now that I’ve been proven wrong, I’m starting to think that making the changes we want to see might not be as difficult as I imagined. A brighter future for this nation is still within our grasp.”
Vodyanitsa is his information source for the Rokot, and he leans on her whenever he needs intelligence. Outside of business, though, he struggles to follow her, and he notices that Odette has no such trouble talking to her.
“Vodyanitsa is a vital source of intelligence for the Rokot. Whenever I go to her for information, she’s always a huge help. When we’re not talking business, though, I can barely make heads or tails of what she’s trying to say. But Odette doesn’t seem to have that problem. Those two get on like it’s the most natural thing in the world… Makes me wonder if girls have some kind of secret code…”

Alyosha on Valeriy at the Armory Palace
Alyosha’s line about Valeriy recounts a tense first meeting that turned into a working relationship. Valeriy blocked him from approaching the Armory Palace by citing regulations, and Alyosha, who was carrying a hunting rifle at the time, expected a fight rather than a new contact.
“The first time I met Valeriy, he blocked my path and turned me away from the Armory Palace, listing off some article of some regulation or other that said I wasn’t allowed to approach… I mean, I was sneaking around with a hunting rifle no less, so I was surprised the guy didn’t arrest me on the spot. In fact, I was expecting to have to fight him off, but instead, I gained a new contact at the Armory. Not a bad turn of events. Honestly, we think alike in a lot of ways. So now that we’ve established a clear boundary, as long as it isn’t crossed, we get along great.”

Alyosha on Mitya
Despite having little formal schooling, Alyosha gets along fine with the researcher Mitya, who has modified his rifle more than once without being asked. He treats him like any other neighbor, with one warning attached about Mitya’s science tangents.
“I’ve never really had much formal schooling, so I thought it would be hard to get along with someone like Mitya. But he’s helped me modify my rifle more than once, without me even having to ask, so clearly I was worried for nothing. Mitya is easy to talk to. I just treat him like any other neighbor, and it works out fine. Word to the wise, though… If he’s off on one of his science tangents, steer clear.”

Every Alyosha voiceline at a reference glance
| Character | What Alyosha reveals |
|---|---|
| Tsaritsa | Compares her to the snow that brings bitter cold but shields the land from darker things; hopes she may one day thaw it. |
| Odette | Was surprised she was part of the Rokot and now believes change may be within reach. |
| Vodyanitsa | A vital intelligence source he relies on, though he struggles to follow her outside of business. |
| Valeriy | Met when Valeriy barred him from the Armory Palace; they get along as long as a clear boundary holds. |
| Mitya | Modified his rifle several times unprompted and is easy to talk to, aside from the science tangents. |
Read together, these lines place Alyosha squarely inside the Rokot’s orbit while keeping a cautious respect for the authority figures he brushes up against. He values a plain-spoken working relationship, whether that means a boundary with a Major at the Armory or a neighborly chat with a researcher, and his view of the Tsaritsa carries the same mix of endurance and quiet hope that defines much of Snezhnaya.
