Lukov sits at Fellfrost Peak with a simple problem. His three friends are stranded across the snow, and the tea he wants to send them keeps going cold before it arrives. Helping him is an open-world challenge in Genshin Impact rather than a tracked quest, so there is no achievement attached. The payoff is the set of Chests that appear as you complete each delivery.
Quick answer: Take a cup of Hot Tea from Lukov, ride the Link Mechanisms to reach Malkin, Morov, or Nalkin while the temperature stays high, hand it over, then return for the next cup. Deliver to all three and speak to Lukov to open the final Chest.
Where to find Lukov at Fellfrost Peak
Lukov is located southeast of the Fellfrost Peak Statue of the Seven. Teleport to that waypoint and look for the column of smoke rising above his tent. That smoke marks the spot, so you can head straight toward it without hunting through the terrain.

How the tea temperature mechanic works
When you pick up a cup, a Tea Temperature meter appears at the top of the screen and starts dropping. The tea must still be hot when you reach a friend, which is why running on foot usually fails. The Link Mechanisms scattered around the area are the fast-travel route that keeps the cup warm.
Note: If you break the Link Mechanism structures, you lose your quick path and will have to build your own route to reach each friend in time.

Finish the challenge and claim the Precious Chest
With Malkin, Morov, and Nalkin all reunited, walk back to Lukov’s tent and speak to him. He thanks you for saving his friends and, as a token of gratitude, unlocks the Precious Chest sitting beside the tent.
