A faint plea for warmth drifts out of a ruined house in Everfrozen Earth, and answering it is the whole of the Trembling Voice side quest in Genshin Impact. The house sits east of the Inverted Glacier Domain in Everfrozen Earth. Travel to that domain and head east across the frozen wreckage until an abandoned house comes into view.
As you get close, an environmental voice line plays. This is the Trembling Voice, and it asks for help because it is freezing. That prompt is your cue that the puzzle has started.

The voice raises one need at a time. Work through them in order, using a Pyro character for fire and the Prime Ice Construct menu for the rest.
