New Limited Car: the update live now
The New Limited Car update went live on August 21 at 2:00 PM ET (11:00 AM PT, 7:00 PM BST) and is scheduled to run through August 28 at 2:00 PM ET. It’s the marquee event on Ghost Driver’s calendar, with about 16,000 players marked interested. According to the developer’s notes, it adds a single limited-edition car alongside a new anti-cheat system, extra customization options, a fix for lingering data issues, and a round of minor bug fixes. It has about a few days left to run.
New Limited Cars: up next
Once the current update ends, a second limited-car update — listed as New Limited Cars — is scheduled to begin August 29 at 2:00 PM ET (11:00 AM PT, 7:00 PM BST) and run through September 5 at 2:00 PM ET. The developer hasn’t detailed what it includes yet, so for now the contents are unannounced. It has drawn about 28,000 interested players so far. With one update ending August 28 and the next starting the following afternoon, Ghost Driver has settled into a roughly weekly update rhythm.

Before the current update, the New Cars update ran from August 14 at 7:00 PM ET through August 21 at 1:40 PM ET — a bigger vehicles-focused drop that handed straight off to the limited-car update now live.
