The Dragon in Grand Piece Online is the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit that turns its user into an Azure Dragon. It appears in inventories simply as “Dragon” and is called “Dragon-Dragon” in-game. The fruit works in both a humanoid hybrid shape and a full serpentine dragon, and a full Battle Royale run shows how those two forms carry a match from early melee all the way to a 1st-place finish.
Quick answer: Dragon is a Mythical Zoan with two transformations, Half (Hybrid) Form and Full Form. Half Form keeps human mobility with dragon skills, while Full Form becomes a massive flying dragon built for high area-of-effect damage.
What the Dragon Fruit is
Dragon is classified as a Mythical Zoan-type fruit. Its passive keeps the user safe from being targeted by lightning in Rough Waters, though you can still take splash damage if someone near you is struck. Most of its important moves scale up to an 880 devil fruit stat, which caps the key attacks in each form.
Unlike many fruits, it does not demand a huge stamina pool. Around 150 to 200 stamina is enough to use it comfortably, which frees up stat points for defense and devil fruit damage. It is also the first Mythical fruit that can be tailored, and it holds high trade value, sitting at roughly three to four Mythic chests in worth.

The fruit’s power comes from switching between a base state, a Half (Hybrid) Form and a Full Form. Each adds damage resistance and a different set of skills, and you need to move between them to get the most out of the kit.
Half (Hybrid) Form
Half Form gives the user horns and a flaming tail while keeping human-style movement. It carries damage resistance and ground-focused skills such as Hellfire Ray, Draconic Whirlwind and Thunderclap. Its C skill punishes hyper-armored moves, with the final four ticks landing as unblockable, and its E skill can travel far enough to pull you out of drowning. The trade-off is heavy end-lag, so a missed Hybrid skill is punishing.
Full Form
Full Form turns the user into a giant blue dragon capable of fast, omnidirectional flight for as long as the rage bar lasts. It leans on wide area-of-effect attacks like Draconic Cyclone, lightning strikes and fire breath, and its M1 and C skills reach a long distance. After an ultimate, a scorched patch stays on the ground and keeps damaging anyone standing on it. The only hitbox in this form is the head.
Full Form has no natural armor. It can be stunned, grabbed and knocked back, and a dragon caught near the ground can be stun-locked into death. The rage bar also drains quickly once you transform.
Dragon moves seen in Battle Royale
Across the forms, the fruit runs through a long list of fire and lightning skills. The ones that appear in a Battle Royale run include Hellfire Ray, Hellfire Blast, Hellfire Dragon Breath, Dragon’s Tempest: Wind, Dragon’s Cyclone, Dragon’s Breath, Thunderous Rush, Thunderous Volley, Dragonic Assault, Dragonic Wrath and Hellfire Ring. Full Form adds its own ultimate, with lightning-based R attacks that can deal over 1,000 damage to a single target if the roar’s edge lands multiple strikes.
The burn damage is a core part of the kit, and the normal-form R skill grounds targets while carrying hyper-armor, which makes it both a combo starter and extender.
How a full match plays out
Battle Royale begins with all players landing on a map that keeps shrinking; they search chests and downed opponents for Devil Fruits, weapons, gear, and stat resets. A dragon run doesn’t begin in dragon form. Early on, the player has basic equipment, finds a Jitte, and exchanges melee blows across open fields and town roads.

Town quickly becomes the busiest zone. Fights break out beside roads and spill into buildings and alleys, with the player chasing down several contenders in close quarters.

Combat does not stop at the shoreline. Fights carry into the water, including swimming exchanges near the docks where damage numbers pop over each hit.

Forested and cemetery areas host the next round of fights, with tombstones scattered across the grass as runners try to stall for time.

The Dragon fruit itself comes in during the mid-to-late game, equipped alongside Hallow’s Halberd and a Dullahan moveset as the lobby thins to eight players remaining.

Before the final circles, the player resets and reallocates skill points, pushing Defense to 774 while keeping Devil Fruit at 471 and Sword Mastery at 55. From there it moves into Half Form for Hellfire Ray and Thunderous Roar, then transforms into Full Form to fly over the zone and rain firestorms and breath attacks on the last survivors.

Strengths and weaknesses
Dragon is well rounded for both PvP and PvE grinding, with strong burn damage, long-range attacks in Full Form, and resistances that stack as you move up through the forms. It is also one of the better fruits for hunting Krakens and Sea Beasts, since Full Form can fly out of water and avoid drowning.
- Good damage in every form with low stamina cost.
- Full Form flight lasts as long as the rage bar holds.
- Full Form’s only hitbox is the head, and its ultimate leaves a scorched floor.
- No natural armor in Full Form, so it can be stunned, grabbed and knocked back.
- Pteranodon is a direct counter, since the fruit is weak in aerial combat.
- Rage bar charges slowly and drains fast once transformed, making it hard to fight on empty.
The intended Full Form combo runs C into E, X, Z and R, and it only chains fully with Kenbunshoku Haki active, since the C stun buys enough time to land the follow-up before the target can recover.
Dragon rewards practice more than most fruits. Its flexibility across three states and its heavy area damage make it a dangerous late-game pick in Battle Royale, but a mistimed transformation or an empty rage bar leaves you exposed, which is why so much of a strong run comes down to form switching and keeping that rage bar topped up.
