Grow a Garden 2 Fall Market Part 2: What’s New and When It Releases

Trigger repeated Fall Blooms at the Harvest Spirit to earn Autumn Seed Packs and unlock the new fall crops.

Fall Market Part 2 adds another wave of autumn content to Grow a Garden 2, and the new plants sit at the center of the event’s seasonal shop and reward loop. The expansion goes live this weekend at 1:30 PM PST, arriving alongside an Admin Abuse session, as laid out in the studio’s announcement. Getting the new crops comes down to one repeatable activity built around the Harvest Spirit.

Quick answer: Give the Harvest Spirit plants with the requested trait until the Fall Bloom meter reaches 500. Completing a bloom grants an Autumn Seed Pack with a randomly chosen fall plant, and each contribution opens access to higher-tier seeds in the Fall Market Seed Shop.

Trigger the Fall Bloom to earn seed packs

The event centers on offerings to the Harvest Spirit beside the Fall Tree: bring crops with its chosen trait and raise the meter to 500 points. Each time it fills, the market restocks and you earn rewards. The Spirit cycles through seven traits, so keeping a varied garden helps you meet any request.

  • Berry
  • Fruit
  • Flower
  • Vegetable
  • Tropical
  • Prickly
  • Woody

Plants carrying growth mutations are worth extra points toward the bloom, so save your mutated crops for submissions.

Approach the Harvest Spirit by the Fall Tree and inspect its current plant request—for example, berry plants.
Open your garden and make room in your backpack; sell surplus produce at a market stall before beginning your submissions.
Go to a crop that meets the request and gather it until your backpack has no space left.
Go back to the Harvest Spirit and select the option to feed it plants; the Fall Bloom Progress meter will rise. In one attempt, 192 berry plants contributed 386 points.

When your total is still below 500, return to the requested crop and harvest another batch.
Offer the remaining plants until the meter reads 500/500. The “Fall Has Bloomed!” message signals completion: five fruits receive the Fall mutation, the market restocks, and your contribution earns an Autumn Seed Pack.

Each successful bloom counts as one contribution, and those contributions are the currency that unlocks the better seeds. Repeat the loop to build up your total, since the top-tier plants are locked behind higher contribution counts.

Buy plants in the Fall Market Seed Shop

Every triggered bloom instantly restocks the four festival stalls, and the Seed Shop is where you spend Sheckles or Robux on the new crops. The first seed is open to everyone; the rest gate behind a set number of Fall Bloom contributions, and each has a stock chance every restock. If you don’t want to wait, triggering another bloom forces a fresh restock instead of the 15-minute timer.

The Maple Resin Seed is the chase crop here. At 1.5 billion Sheckles, a 1.67% restock chance, and 17 required contributions, it is the hardest single plant to secure, so start banking blooms early if it’s your target.

Open the Autumn Seed Pack for the new fall crops

The Autumn Seed Pack is the direct route to the season’s brand-new plants. You earn one every time a Fall Bloom completes, and you can also buy it from the Seed Shop once you have cleared three blooms. Opening a pack rolls a single fall seed based on the odds below.

EmberbloomRareSingle25%
Russet RootLegendaryMulti20%
Fall CauliflowerMythicalMulti10%
Grain LilyMythicalMulti4.5%
Autumn AppleDivineMulti0.5%

Because the pack is a random roll, the higher-rarity plants like Fall Cauliflower, Grain Lily, and the Divine-tier Autumn Apple will take a lot of packs to hit. Farming blooms steadily is the only reliable way to build a stockpile of packs and improve your chances at the rarer seeds.

Some Part 2 additions are still being finalized around launch, so exact new plant contents may shift slightly when the update officially goes live this weekend.

Once you have the loop down, the pattern stays the same for every plant on the list: grow trait-matching crops, feed the Harvest Spirit until you see the “Fall Has Bloomed!” banner, then spend your Autumn Seed Packs and Sheckles at the restocked stalls. The more blooms you clear, the deeper the Seed Shop opens up.
