Free weapon skins every player gets
Two things cost nothing. Every weapon starts with its Standard Issue style (the Energy Sword calls its default look Sworn Sword), and those sit in your customization menu from the moment you boot the game.
The Assault Rifle’s Silver Anniversary style is also free, but it needs one action. It unlocks for your account the first time you log in to Halo: Campaign Evolved, then appears as a selectable Assault Rifle option in the customization menu. No code or purchase is involved.
Reflex Mix: the time-limited Twitch Drop
Reflex Mix is an Assault Rifle style available only as a Twitch Drop, with the claim window running through August 4, 2026. Once that window closes, there is no confirmed way to grab it again.
Flawless AR: the pre-order weapon skin
Pre-ordering any edition of Halo: Campaign Evolved grants the Foundry Armory Pack, and its weapon reward is Flawless AR, a skin for the Assault Rifle. It unlocks at launch alongside the pack’s matching armor. If you missed the pre-order window, this skin is no longer available through that route.
Alpha Halo Armory Pack: the edition-locked skins
Most of the roster lives in the Alpha Halo Armory Pack, which is tied to the Premium Edition or Collector’s Edition (or a later upgrade to one of those). Buying it unlocks a matching weapon skin for nearly every gun in the game, plus the Milestone style for the Assault Rifle.

Cold Iron is a nod to Captain Keyes’ personal sidearm and applies to the Magnum. Subanese Fang matches the Splintered Warden armor’s crystalline Needler theme, while Colossus fires neon-green rounds to mirror the Hunter-inspired Gestalt suit.

How to equip a weapon skin and confirm it worked
All weapon looks live in the customization menu. Open the weapon you want to change, scroll to the skin, and confirm to apply it. Your selection carries through campaign gameplay, and cross-progression keeps the same loadout following you between Xbox, PC, and PlayStation.
A skin is unlocked correctly when it appears as a selectable entry for its weapon rather than a locked slot. If a purchased or granted skin is missing, the usual causes are a mistyped or already-used entitlement, an unlinked Twitch account for Reflex Mix, or a claim window that has already closed. The default styles and the edition packs unlock at launch and need no code at all.
