Hellraiser: Revival – All 6 Inventory Capacity Upgrade Locations

Every inventory capacity upgrade adds +8 slots, and all six are spread across four chapters of Aidan's journey.

Every inventory capacity upgrade adds +8 slots, and all six are spread across four chapters of Aidan’s journey.

Inventory space is tight throughout Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, where weapons, ammunition, healing items, and crafting materials all compete for the same limited slots. Collecting every inventory capacity upgrade frees up room so you stop leaving gear behind after each encounter. There are six of them in total, and each one is a permanent pickup.

Quick answer: Each of the six inventory capacity upgrades adds +8 slots. They’re found in Hunt Marlowe, Open the Gate to Charlotte, Escape Charlotte, and Escape the Cult.

All inventory capacity upgrade locations

Each upgrade is a bag that expands how many items you can carry. Picking one up applies the bonus immediately. Use the table below to see which chapter and objective to watch for, then follow the detailed notes underneath for the exact spot.

Escape the Cult: Upgrade 1

You can grab the first upgrade while the objective reads Outrun the Chatterer. Move through the red corridor and into the adjoining office. The bag rests on a metal bookshelf, and a Take prompt appears once you are close enough. Collect it before you push on, since the Chatterer pressures you to keep moving.

Escape Charlotte: Upgrade 2

The second upgrade turns up during Find a way out of the graveyard. Enter the run-down wooden house inside the graveyard and open the cupboard in there. The bag is tucked inside, so search the interior rather than passing straight through.

Upgrade 3 – the symbol puzzle cabinet

While the objective reads Find a statue’s missing part, you reach an ornate cabinet locked by a rotating geometric symbol puzzle. Line up the symbols to open the lock, then take the upgrade waiting inside.

Upgrade 4 – the shack safe

The fourth upgrade is in the same chapter, during Find the statue’s tongue. Head into the dark wooden shed and find the safe inside. Pick the lock with lockpicks, then grab the bag within.

Carry spare lockpicks before entering the shed, since the safe cannot be opened any other way.

Hunt Marlowe: Upgrades 5 and 6

Upgrade 5 – the upper balcony chair

During Get the Genesis Configuration back, you pass through a multi-level chamber with enemies on the upper floor. Avoid them along the upper balcony and reach the metal chair holding a bound, leather-clad corpse. The upgrade hangs from the back of that chair.

Upgrade 6 – the keypad room

The last upgrade sits behind a keypad-locked metal door during Use the elevator. Enter the code 1362 to open it, then step inside. The bag is on the bloodstained floor beside a dead body.

How to confirm every upgrade applied

Each pickup shows a +8 Inventory Capacity Upgrade prompt as you take it, and your carrying space grows the moment it lands in your possession. Opening the inventory screen afterward shows the larger slot count. With all six collected, you gain 48 additional slots overall, which is enough to stop choosing between ammunition and healing items after most fights.
