Lord of War is the Silver trophy in Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival that unlocks when you fully upgrade a single firearm. The SMG is the easiest weapon to complete, because three of its five attachments are hidden in the world and only two have to be bought from the merchant. Once all five parts are collected and slotted into the gun, the trophy pops.

Quick answer: Collect all five SMG upgrades, then equip every one of them to the SMG. Two parts are purchased from the courtyard merchant and three are found in locked or hidden containers.

The game offers neither Chapter Select nor free roaming after the story, meaning you must restart to reclaim any upgrade you miss. Save manually as you progress through the objectives below.

All five SMG upgrades and where they appear

Each attachment is tied to a specific story objective, so you grab them as the campaign progresses rather than backtracking for them later. Here is the full set in the order you reach them.

How to collect each SMG part

Supersonic Bullets (merchant, 300 coins)

During the objective Find a way to exit the mansion, head to the merchant table in the mansion courtyard. Open the shop menu and buy SMG: Supersonic Bullets for 300 coins. This part increases the weapon’s damage.

Linear Compensator (lockpicked cabinet)

While working on Find the statue’s tongue, look for a tall locked cabinet near the fusebox. Complete the lockpick minigame to open it and take SMG: Linear Compensator from inside.

Drum Magazine (merchant, 250 coins)

When pursuing Complete the final statue, go back to the courtyard merchant. Spend 250 coins on SMG: Drum Magazine to expand the gun’s magazine capacity.

Laser Pointer (keypad cabinet)

Once the hunt for Marlowe begins and the objective reads Enter the voyeur room, go into the study. Find the wall cabinet with a circular keypad lock, enter the four-digit code, and collect SMG: Laser Pointer inside.

Skeletonized Bolt Carrier (metal case)

During Get to Marlowe, climb down to the lounge bar in the neon-lit club area. Behind the bar counter, on the floor, an open metal case holds SMG: Skeletonized Bolt Carrier. Pick it up to complete the set.

Equip every part to trigger the trophy

Collecting the attachments is not enough on its own. Open the SMG’s upgrade menu and slot all five parts into the weapon. Lord of War unlocks the moment the last upgrade is equipped, so make the final installation deliberately rather than leaving a part sitting in your inventory.

You will know it worked when the Silver trophy notification appears on screen for fully upgrading a firearm. If you prefer a different gun, the method is the same for any of the five weapons, but the SMG keeps the cost low since only two of its parts are bought from the merchant.
