Pearl is a 5-star Ice character on the Path of Elation. She currently leads Planarcadia as its CEO and holds a place among the Interastral Peace Corporation’s Ten Stonehearts. Her combat support scales from DEF instead of ATK: she blocks a set share of incoming damage, heals the team through her attacks, and advances one ally’s action based on how many Elation characters are present.
Quick answer: Build DEF and SPD, clear 2,400 DEF to switch on Panoptic Vision, and aim her Ultimate at an Elation carry. With four Elation allies, that carry gets a full extra turn.
Pearl base stats and role
Her stat line is built like a defensive unit. DEF and HP sit well above ATK, and her Energy pool of 180 is on the larger side, which is why Energy generation matters so much in her rotation.
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Rarity | 5-Star |
| Path | Elation |
| Element | Ice |
| ATK | 465 |
| DEF | 727 |
| HP | 1,203 |
| SPD | 99 |
| Energy | 180 |
Every meaningful number in her kit reads off DEF, including her healing, her shielding resource, and her personal Ice damage. The practical loop is short: heal the team with her Skill, keep her resource topped up, then fire the Ultimate to advance a carry and hand them resources.

Add to Google Preferences →Certified Banger and Repellency: how Pearl blocks damage
Her Talent, Grow Grace from Grit, converts the resource “Certified Banger” into Repellency at a rate of 200 Repellency per point. When an ally takes a hit, Pearl spends Repellency to block 60% of that damage. Certified Banger does not expire and caps at 50 points. On top of that, any ally sitting at 50% HP or lower takes an extra 30% less damage.
Relume Life’s Light serves as both her emergency heal and her primary way to build that resource. The Skill awards 15 Certified Banger, heals every ally for an amount equal to 12% of her DEF plus 240, then repeats that same healing on the ally with the lowest HP percentage.
Brushstroke: Trace the Severed Stream is her single-target Basic ATK, striking one enemy for Ice damage equal to 90% of her DEF. It is the kit’s weakest action and mainly exists to lead into her enhanced attacks.

Deep Learning and the Aesthetic Archetype
Deep Learning is the mechanic the rest of the kit orbits. Pearl studies a teammate, copies part of their combat data, and changes her own attack pattern to match.
Ultimate: Appraise Soul’s Ground
The Ultimate grants 20 Certified Banger and applies Deep Learning to one ally other than Pearl, marking them the Aesthetic Archetype. While Deep Learning is running, Pearl’s damage carries an extra 60% Ice Elation hit calculated from the Archetype’s stats. Deep Learning holds 3 charges, spends one per enhanced Basic ATK, and ends once they are gone.
Enhanced Basic ATKs
Deep Learning enhances her Basic ATK. With Brushstroke: Render the Great Wave, she deals Ice damage equal to 100% of her DEF to every enemy, restores each ally’s HP by 8% of her DEF plus 160, and restores that amount once more to the ally with the lowest HP. When the Archetype belongs to an Elation character, the attack becomes Brushstroke: Imagenate the Starry Night instead; while she has Certified Banger, it also deals Ice Elation damage equal to 15% of her DEF to the enemies struck.

Use the Ultimate on your primary Elation DPS instead of another support. This both enables the stronger enhanced attack and adds the extra Elation damage based on the Archetype’s stats.
Technique: Recast Masterwork in Nacre
Pearl’s Technique creates an Aesthetic Archetype before combat, and changing the active character moves the mark to that character. When the next battle begins, she receives 20 Certified Banger and gives the marked ally Deep Learning with 2 charges. Activate the Technique, then put the carry you want marked on the field before entering the enemy encounter.

Elation character count thresholds
Two parts of her kit scale off how many Elation characters you field. The Ultimate’s action advance grows, and her Elation Skill, Dissolve Reason into Elation, adds bonus Elation damage of each ally’s own type after their next attack.
| Elation characters | Ultimate effect on Archetype | Elation Skill bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 1 or more | Advance 10% | 10% |
| 2 or more | Advance 15% | 15% |
| 3 or more | Advance 30% | 20% |
| 4 or more | 1 extra turn | 40% |
Four Elation allies mark the kit’s biggest breakpoint. The Archetype receives a complete extra turn rather than an action advance, beginning with 30 Certified Banger and 60 Punchline; both effects vanish when that turn finishes. At the same breakpoint, the Elation Skill bonus increases from 20% to 40%.

Pearl traces and stat bonuses
| Trace | Effect |
|---|---|
| Panoptic Vision | At 2,400 DEF or more, Elation +32%. Every 100 DEF beyond that adds 3%, counting up to 3,600 excess DEF. |
| Sensory Latitude | At the beginning of an ally’s turn, she gains 5 Certified Banger, up to 50; the amount resets when Pearl’s turn begins. Her enhanced Basic ATKs and Skill each remove 1 debuff from every ally. |
| Aesthetic Firewall | If the Archetype belongs to an Elation character, that character’s next Ultimate restores a set 90 Energy to Pearl. This effect cannot stack. |
| Stat boosts | DEF 23%, SPD 9, Effect RES 10%, Elation 10% |
Aesthetic Firewall is the reason a full Elation lineup cycles so smoothly. Ninety Energy back on a 180-Energy bar means her Ultimate comes around quickly, which keeps Deep Learning almost permanently active.
Best Light Cones, Relics, and stats for Pearl
Build order is simple. Get DEF high enough to switch on Panoptic Vision, then split the rest between DEF and SPD while running an Energy Regeneration Rate Rope so her 180-Energy Ultimate comes back on schedule.
Level Skill and Elation Skill first, followed by Talent, then Ultimate, with Basic ATK last. The Skill supplies her healing, the Talent determines her damage reduction, and the Ultimate’s key functions—Deep Learning, action advance, and the extra turn at four Elation characters—are not dependent on its damage multiplier.
Light Cones
Colors for Tomorrow is her signature 5-star Elation cone and the most natural choice for her. At S1, it provides 48% DEF. When an Elation Skill is used on the whole team, allies recover HP equal to 10% of her DEF, while enemies take 10% more damage for 3 turns. Each additional Elation ally contributes 4%, bringing the vulnerability to 22% with four Elation characters. At S5, the figures become 96% DEF, 14% healing, 20% base vulnerability, and 8% per ally.
Mushy Shroomy’s Adventures is the budget alternative. The wearer gains 12% Elation, and casting an Elation Skill makes all enemies take 6% more Elation damage for 2 turns. Since it lacks the major DEF increase, Relic stats must cover that shortfall.
Relic sets and Planar Ornaments
- 4-pc Dreamlit Actor: SPD +6%; using a Skill or Ultimate on one other ally gives that target 16% Elation for 3 turns, and at 10 or more Certified Banger it also grants all allies 12% CRIT DMG for 3 turns.
- 4-pc Diviner of Distant Reach: SPD +6%; CRIT Rate +10%/18% at 120/160 SPD, and the first Elation Skill each battle gives all allies 10% Elation.
- 4-pc Messenger Traversing Hackerspace: using an Ultimate on an ally grants all allies 12% SPD for 1 turn, which her Ultimate triggers automatically.
- Sprightly Vonwacq: 5% Energy Regeneration Rate, plus a 40% action advance at the start of battle at 120 SPD or higher.
- Lushaka, the Sunken Seas and Broken Keel both remain workable Planar alternatives.
Dreamlit Actor is the natural choice because Pearl satisfies both of its conditions without changing her rotation. Her Ultimate always targets one other ally, and Certified Banger builds continuously through Sensory Latitude.
Pearl Eidolons
| Eidolon | Effect |
|---|---|
| E1 | When the team has 2, 3, or at least 4 Elation characters, all allies gain Elation equal to 10%, 20%, or 80% of Pearl’s Elation, respectively, with the increase limited to 60%. |
| E2 | All allies deal 15% more Elation damage. The Ultimate also advances other Elation allies (not Pearl or the Archetype) and doubles the Certified Banger and Punchline granted on the extra turn. |
| E3 | Increase Ultimate by 2; Basic ATK by 1; Elation Skill by 1. |
| E4 | Every Certified Banger point grants 40 additional Repellency, while the block rate increases by 5%. |
| E5 | Skill +2, Talent +2, Elation Skill +1. |
| E6 | During Deep Learning all allies gain 20% All-Type RES PEN, and her enhanced Basic ATK adds Ice Elation damage equal to 240% of the Archetype’s stats. |
The pattern is consistent. E1 and E2 scale the whole squad’s Elation output, E4 hardens the damage block, and E6 turns her enhanced attack into a real damage source. All of them assume you are already running Elation allies.
Pearl ascension and trace materials
Taking Pearl to level 80 with every trace maxed costs a large Credit reserve, the Fluffy series of trace items, a Sea Siren boss drop, and a weekly boss material. The totals below cover ascension and traces together.
| Material | Total |
|---|---|
| Credit | 3,308,000 |
| Tracks of Destiny | 8 |
| Sea Siren’s Torn Fin | 65 |
| The Fluffy Hand-drawn Storyboards | 18 |
| The Fluffy Serialization Memorial Issue | 69 |
| The Fluffy Collector’s Edition | 139 |
| High Hopes of the Falsely Enlightened | 12 |
| Whimsy Wax | 56 |
| Dreamweave Steel | 71 |
| Lucid Awl | 73 |
Ascension alone accounts for 308,000 Credits, all 65 Sea Siren’s Torn Fin, and 15 each of Whimsy Wax, Dreamweave Steel, and Lucid Awl. The rest goes into traces, and you do not need to max every branch to get her working.
Best Pearl teams
She slots into any Elation core and gets stronger with each additional Elation body. Three lineups stand out as her main homes.
- Silver Wolf LV.999 Elation team — a straightforward Elation core where Pearl marks Silver Wolf LV.999 as the Archetype.
- Evanescia Elation team — another Elation carry that turns on Imagenate the Starry Night and the Aesthetic Firewall Energy refund.
- Aventurine • Waveflair team — pairs Pearl’s blocking and healing with a second defensive layer.
Pearl cannot mark herself, so she always needs at least one other character worth handing an action advance to.
Pearl becomes playable with version 4.6, “Dance With the Beast Before Moonrise,” which launches on September 28. Her drop rate and that of Colors for Tomorrow are both boosted through the version, with Evanescia rerunning in the first half and Mortenax Blade in the second. If you plan to run her, farm the Fluffy materials and the Sea Siren drops early and spend the rest of the wait deciding which Elation carry gets the mark.
