House Collection Level 3 is a City Tycoon objective in Neverness to Everness (NTE) that trips up a lot of players because the wording suggests you need to own multiple homes. You don't. The level tracks how many furniture pieces you have registered to your account through the Furniture Collection menu, not how many properties you own.
Quick answer: Open City Tycoon → Property, pick any property you own, tap Furniture Collection, and press Collect on every piece flagged "Press to Collect" until the collection bar passes the Level 3 threshold.

What House Collection actually measures
Every furniture piece in NTE has a Collection value attached to it. When you register a piece through the Furniture Collection menu, that value is added to a single account-wide score. Your House Collection Level rises as that score crosses set thresholds. Duplicates do not add points; only unique pieces count.
One owned property is enough to access the menu. The same Furniture Collection list is shared across all your houses, so opening it from your starter Wiener Apartments shows the same progress as opening it from any later property.
Requirements before you start
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Own at least one property | Wiener Apartments unlocks at City Tycoon Rank 5 for 200,000 Fons after the Coffee Curator tutorial quest. |
| Access to City Tycoon menu | Reached during early City Tycoon tutorials in Hethereau. |
| Furniture in your inventory | Bought at DeLuxur shops, picked up free in alleys and near dumpsters, awarded by quests, or earned through the Property Renovation Guide. |

How to reach House Collection Level 3
Step 1: Open the City Tycoon menu from your phone interface and select the Property tab on the left side.
Step 2: Choose any property you already own from the property list. If Wiener Apartments is your only home, that works. You do not need Eden, Skyview Halls, Golden Capital, or Fengan Villa for this objective.

Step 3: Tap the Furniture Collection button. The menu lists every furniture piece tied to your account, with greyed-out slots for items you have not yet registered.
Step 4: Press every piece marked Press to Collect. Each tap adds that item's Collection value to your bar at the bottom of the screen. There is no batch-collect button, so you have to confirm each one individually.

Step 5: Watch the collection bar in the lower-left corner. When it crosses the Level 3 threshold, the level indicator updates, and the City Tycoon objective registers as 3/3 complete.
If you prefer the in-house route, fast travel to a property you own, walk up to the Smart Control panel inside, and choose My Collection. The same Press to Collect flow appears there.
If the level is not advancing
The most common cause is buying or finding furniture without registering it. Acquiring a piece does not auto-add it to your collection score — the Press to Collect step is mandatory. Open the Furniture Collection screen any time you buy or pick up something new, and confirm there is no pending collect prompt.
Duplicates are the second cause. The system credits a unique piece only once. If your collection bar will not move, you may be sitting on copies of furniture you already registered. Visit a different DeLuxur store or hunt new pickups in the city to find unregistered pieces.

Where to find more furniture
| Source | How it works |
|---|---|
| DeLuxur stores | Furniture shops marked by a couch icon on the Hethereau map. Find the full list under City Shops in the map index. |
| Street pickups | Free pieces appear in alleyways and near dumpsters during city exploration. |
| Quest rewards | Certain side quests grant furniture directly into your inventory. |
| Property Renovation Guide | Progressing renovation milestones for owned properties unlocks additional pieces. |
| Anomaly Furniture | Defeating city anomalies drops decorative pieces with passive bonuses such as critical damage boosts or fast travel home. |
To trace a specific piece, open Furniture Collection, tap a locked item, and scroll to the Source field. The game lists the exact shop or activity that provides it.
What clearing Level 3 unlocks
House Collection Level 3 is one of the objectives tied to City Tycoon Level 10, alongside the Skyview Halls property unlock. Clearing the objective contributes to the City Tycoon level-up rewards, which include Annulith, Hunter EXP, Expansion Cores, and Beetle currency. Beyond that, ongoing House Collection progression continues to feed your House Comfort level, which gates additional home features as you keep registering furniture.
The practical takeaway is simple. Treat Furniture Collection as a checklist you visit every time you buy a piece at DeLuxur or pick one off the street. Press to Collect on every available item, lean on high-value DeLuxur pieces if your bar stalls, and the Level 3 objective closes without ever needing to spend millions of Fons on additional houses.
