The iPhone XS, XS Max, and iPhone XR don’t have an option to enable battery percentage under the battery settings. But that isn’t a bad thing. Apple has enabled battery percentage to be always visible when you open the control center on your new iPhone.
- Open the control center
Swipe your finger down from the top-right edge of the screen to get to the Control Center.
- Look for Battery Percentage near the battery icon
The Control Center screen on iPhone XS shows battery percentage right before the battery icon.
Additionally, you can check battery percentage from the lock screen as well when your iPhone is charging.
