Hellraiser: Revival — How to Unlock Door M359 (Blemished Fragment and Blemished Diamond)

Pull both diamond halves from the cult's body exhibits and seat them in the wall panel to open the first locked door.

Pull both diamond halves from the cult’s body exhibits and seat them in the wall panel to open the first locked door.

Door M359 is the first real lock you hit after Aidan Lynch wakes up inside the Scarlet Church compound in Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. It sits at the bottom of a short brick staircase in the holding area, with a diamond-shaped receptacle set into the wall beside it. The door stays sealed until that diamond emblem is whole, and completing it means reaching into two of the cult’s mutilated body displays for the pieces.

Quick answer: Pull the Blemished Fragment from the chained corpse in the first lit alcove and the Blemished Diamond from the conjoined corpse in the second exhibit, then seat both in the slot beside M359 to open the door.

What Door M359 needs

All the required items are along one corridor branching off the holding room, where your starting objective is “Escape the cult.” No enemies appear between you and the door, so there is no need to hurry. Both items have the same inventory text, “Should fit into a slot somewhere,” indicating that they belong in the wall plate.

You can collect the pieces in either order without affecting the door; the Fragment is closer, so picking it up first makes for a neater route.

Unlock Door M359

On PC, press F for every interaction; the key items you collect appear in the item bar while you work on the lock. Follow the steps below and M359 will open in a few minutes.

After freeing yourself from the interrogation chair, break open the starting room and step out through its open entrance into the brick passage.

Move down the main hallway. A loudspeaker broadcast plays as you walk, and you can stop at the desk to read the surveillance reports on Aidan Lynch and Yoon Sun-Hee if you want the context.

Enter the doorway on your left to reach a shadowy chamber. A mutilated body dangles from chains inside a brightly illuminated, red-washed display booth.

Use the “Reach inside” prompt on the body’s open chest cavity. Aidan pulls out the Blemished Fragment. Press F to collect it; the Cloth on the small side table is optional crafting stock.

Return to the corridor and go down the short staircase to the heavy metal door marked M359. A small vertical plate with a diamond inlay sits in the wall just above the sign. Inspect it with F and fit the Blemished Fragment into the top half. The objective updates to “Unlock the door.”

Retrace your route up the steps and follow the corridor to the second exhibit room. A conjoined body hangs in chains before large painted wings. Examine its chest and ribcage, and Aidan reaches in for the Blemished Diamond. Press F to collect it; the Chemicals on the metal cart are optional.

Go back to the M359 lock, inspect it again, and fit the Blemished Diamond into the bottom half. With the emblem complete, the mechanism engages and the metal door slides open on its own.

How to confirm the door opened

After you fit both pieces, the emblem completes its diamond shape and turns, causing Door M359 to open on its own. The chamber beyond is dark, with another displayed body and a fridge containing Soda to drink and Chemicals to collect. Continue to a ward with a green couch, where a short tutorial covers crouching; after that, you encounter your first cultists holding a prisoner behind bars.

Leave the locked wooden door near M359 alone; it is not the way forward. After you fit both diamond halves, M359 is the only route onward.

Supplies to grab on the way through

The rooms around M359 hold the materials for your first Bandages, which are made in the Crafting tab from 1 Cloth and 1 Chemicals. The booth room and the conjoined exhibit provide Cloth and Chemicals, and the fridge and ward past the door add enough for two Bandages total. Coins are scattered through these rooms and feed the currency counter in your inventory, so sweep the cabinets and drawers as you move.
