How to redeem codes in Idle Horizons
The redemption menu only appears once you reach story level 10 and unlock the in-game Shop. Below that level, the Code option stays hidden even if you have a valid code ready.
A successful redemption triggers an in-game confirmation message and drops the rewards straight into your inventory or mailbox, so you can check there if nothing appears to change on screen right away.
Note: The code GCPOUTAGE0625 only works on select accounts, so seeing an error with that one specifically doesn’t mean the code is broken.
