From the spawn point, head into the larger building with the staircase and run to the back, where three NPCs handle technique, race, and clan spins separately. Talk to the one matching the spin type you want to use, and it’ll cycle through options until you land on something.
Tip: the dojo is a common spot for other players to trap you with a Domain Expansion, which can hold you in place for around two minutes. It’s harmless, just annoying if you’re in a hurry to reroll.
