Killing Intent is a Special Grade accessory in Jujutsu Zero built for weapon-focused characters, and it arrived alongside the Awakening Projection update. It layers a general weapon damage boost on top of extra bonuses for two specific weapons, Honoyagi and Shattered Cloud, which is exactly why it fits a Physical Heavenly Restriction (PHR) setup that swaps between those two blades.

Quick answer: Killing Intent is a craftable accessory that grants weapon, Honoyagi, and Shattered Cloud damage. At base it gives +50% to each stat, and at maximum grade it reaches +75% Weapon Damage, +75% Honoyagi, and +75% Shattered Cloud.

What Killing Intent does

The accessory has a Level 1+ requirement, so any character can equip it once crafted. Its bonuses scale with grade. A freshly crafted copy at Item Level 1/20 and Rank 1/5 shows +50% Weapon Damage, +50% Honoyagi, and +50% Shattered Cloud. Fully upgraded, those three values each climb to +75%.

Because it stacks a broad weapon bonus with two weapon-specific bonuses, Killing Intent rewards builds that actually use Honoyagi and Shattered Cloud together. The common pattern is triggering Honoyagi’s Maculation buff, then switching to Shattered Cloud for basic attacks and damage skills, so both weapon multipliers stay relevant.

Crafting materials and where they drop

Killing Intent is crafted at the crafting NPC at spawn once all four ingredients are in your inventory. The materials come from different raids and crates, so no single farming activity supplies the whole recipe.

Cursed Essence, a common accessory material, can drop from several high-tier crates. Its highest crate drop rates are 3% from Calamity Crate, 2.51% from Scarlet Crate, and 2% from Crimson Crate; Lightning, Stained, and Amber II crates each have a 1.5% chance. Infusion is another possible reward from the Awakened Zen’in Raid, and its rate rises with difficulty: 2% at Difficulty 1, 3% at Difficulty 2, and 5% at Difficulty 3.

The revamped Jogo Raid awards Disaster Crates, which have a chance to contain Catalyst: 1.35% for Disaster Crate I, 2% for II, and 2.7% for III. The recipe requires just one Catalyst.

The Awakened Zen’in Raid is the correct Infusion source. It is separate from the newer Zen’in Elite raid, which supplies Awakened Projection materials.

The build used to measure it

The damage numbers below come from a Toji clan Physical Heavenly Restriction character running three Sovereign gear pieces with Shattered Cloud as the main weapon. That core stayed fixed while the accessory changed, so each result reflects only the accessory swap rather than a different loadout.

Build Setup & Character Stats

Treat these figures as results from this particular build, not as the accessory’s raw stat bonuses. They are useful for comparing accessories under identical conditions, and they are not a guaranteed number for every character.

Killing Intent vs. Floatie and Inventory Curse

On the same dummy with unbuffed basic attacks, Killing Intent produced the highest hit of the three tested accessories. Against the no-accessory baseline it added roughly 1.14 billion damage, about a 64.8% increase.

Inventory Curse~1.87B+6.25%

Killing Intent~2.90B+64.8%

Inventory Curse moved the needle least here. It grants +75% Weapon Damage plus extra all-weapon amplification that scales with HP, but on this build it added only about 110 million damage over the baseline.

Thug Flamingo Floatie is the closest competitor, providing +75% Weapon Damage, +75 ATK, +75 Crit Damage, and +75 Damage Amplification; the test reached about 2.50 billion damage with it. For an established PHR build, the key matchup is Killing Intent versus Floatie: Killing Intent dealt roughly 400 million more damage, or around 16%.

These figures come from reported testing with a single build. They neither represent universal accessory multipliers nor determine how every weapon or setup ranks.

How buffs stack on top of it

With Killing Intent equipped, temporary buffs were layered on one at a time. Attack Vow VI adds +250% ATK for 60 minutes. Bloodthirst, when active, adds +50% Weapon Damage and +100% Festering Damage while draining health. Honoyagi’s Maculation is the final piece, applied before switching back to Shattered Cloud.

Buff addedBasic-attack damage
Killing Intent only~2.90B
+ Attack Vow VI~3.06B
+ Bloodthirst~3.15B
+ Maculation~3.23B

With everything stacked, basic attacks reached about 3.23 billion per strike, roughly 83.5% above the original baseline. During skill rotations against the Level 7,500 The Absolute One boss, the build reached into the hundreds of billions, though no fixed timed rotation total is given for that figure.

Bloodthirst must be activated to keep its bonus running, and it costs health, so HP needs watching during longer fights.

Is it worth chasing

Killing Intent is a worthwhile craft for a Shattered Cloud and Honoyagi PHR setup. In the same test, it out-hit Inventory Curse and Thug Flamingo Floatie, while its Honoyagi bonus supports the two-weapon Maculation approach. It builds on an existing setup, leaving your clan, gear, weapon upgrades, and buff timing important; craft it once those basics are established.
