Five new species
Prehistoric East introduces five family units drawn from prehistoric Asia, a mix of gentle herbivores and imposing predators.

Nanshiungosaurus
A therizinosaur covered in plumage, Nanshiungosaurus stands out with a long neck, a large tail, and recurved claws it uses to forage. Males carry a bushier tail and a brightly colored head feather, which makes them a striking centerpiece for guest viewing. It grows to about 7.1m and lays one or two eggs per batch.
Gobisaurus
Gobisaurus is a heavily armored ankylosaurid with a low profile, rows of bony nodules down its back, and a club tail. Its large nostrils and eyes suggest strong senses. Despite the tank-like build, it is a peaceful plant eater at roughly 5.2m long, well suited to feeding stations at the dinosaur encounter.
Yangchuanosaurus
An apex predator of Jurassic-era China, Yangchuanosaurus had powerful jaws and tusk-like teeth jutting from the sides of its mouth. It comes with pattern and color options you can synthesize to vary its look across enclosures.
Sinosauropteryx
Sinosauropteryx is a tiny feathered theropod from north-east China, weighing barely over a kilogram and reaching about 1.07m in length. It is a relative of Compsognathus and the first known non-avian dinosaur shown with feathers, a find that helped connect modern birds to dinosaurs. Its family units lay two to five eggs per batch.
In the park, the species runs through a range of idle and social behaviors. It preens its striped, fluffy tail, digs and rolls through dust baths, drinks at the water’s edge, and curls up to sleep, sometimes with another individual snuggling against its tail.
Its small size and low need for cover make it easy for guests to spot, though the pack notes it can escape if the enclosure is not secure.
Tarbosaurus
Tarbosaurus is the fearsome cousin of Tyrannosaurus rex, arriving as a full family unit. It grows to around 10m long and about five tonnes, so it demands a well-built enclosure and solid security before you introduce it.
Holographic dinosaur statues
Holographic statues debut with this pack, letting you place glowing, animated projections of iconic dinosaurs around your park. Each statue includes a selection of dinosaur animations, and you can drop holograms on their own or fold them into custom blueprints.
The hologram set covers well-known species, including Ankylosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Compsognathus, Dilophosaurus, Gallimimus, Mosasaurus, Pteranodon, Spinosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus rex, and Velociraptor.
East Asian scenery and blueprints
The pack adds a large collection of themed decoration, including bronze Dragon Statues, marble Guardian Lions, paper lanterns, and lotus flowers. New wall, roof, and trim pieces let you assemble gardens, gates, walled courtyards, and pagodas, and 15 ready-made blueprints speed up bigger builds.
Individual items come with color customization. In building mode, decorative pieces such as the Lotus objects can be recolored across multiple channels, and the advanced move tools let you nudge scenery along the X, Y, and Z axes with snapping, speed, and collision toggles.
Free Update 1.5 arrives the same day
Update 1.5 releases alongside the pack on September 29 and is free for all Jurassic World Evolution 3 players. It adds the Walkway Attraction, which lets you build guest walkways over land, enclosures, and water bodies including lagoons and aviaries, and it brings back Carcharodontosaurus as a full family unit.
You do not need Prehistoric East to get the Walkway Attraction or Carcharodontosaurus, since those arrive with the free update for every player.
