Kick a Lucky Block Block Cup Event: Teams, Orange Balls, and Rewards

How to pick a team, farm orange balls, and claim every reward before the Block Cup window closes on July 11.

How to pick a team, farm orange balls, and claim every reward before the Block Cup window closes on July 11.

The Block Cup event is live in Kick a Lucky Block, tying the game’s usual lucky-block kicking to a team-based scoring race built around the FIFA World Cup 2026. It adds a new currency, a dedicated shop, fresh brainrots, and a leaderboard that pays out a money multiplier based on where your team lands. The event runs from June 13, 2026 at 17:00 UTC through July 11, 2026 at 17:00 UTC.

Quick answer: Pick one of three teams at the team manager NPC, keep kicking Lucky Blocks as normal, and grab the orange balls scattered on your run back to base. Those balls raise your team’s leaderboard score and act as currency in the Block Cup Shop. Even finishing with no rank gives a Bronze Block Medali and a 150% money bonus.

How the Block Cup event works

Your core loop does not change. You still kick Lucky Blocks to hatch brainrots and earn cash. The new layer sits on top of that: orange balls drop around the map, and collecting them feeds a shared team score while also stocking up the currency you spend in the event shop. Speed still matters because the tsunami wave continues to chase you back to base, so efficient pathing decides how many balls you actually keep each run.

Head to the team manager NPC standing in the center of the map. This is your first stop, and the team you select here is locked for the entire event. Choose carefully, because you cannot switch later.

Pick your team at the team manager NPC in the middle of the map.

You can join Team James, Team Miki, or Team Shon. If you are chasing the high-rank rewards, lean toward the team that looks the most active, since the leaderboard is decided by total team score rather than your individual effort alone.

Kick Lucky Blocks the way you normally would to collect brainrots and cash. Nothing about this part changes during the event.
On your run back to base, sweep up the orange balls scattered across the map. Every ball adds points to your team’s score and banks currency for the shop. Plan a tight route so you grab as many as possible before the wave catches you.

Block Cup event rewards by rank

Rewards are tiered by your team’s final placement. The headline payout is a 1000% money multiplier for every ranked tier from Top #1000 upward, while simply taking part still nets a usable bonus. That participation reward alone makes the event worth playing even if you never threaten the top of the board.

Block Cup Shop items and prices

Orange balls double as the shop currency. The Block Cup Shop sells Lucky Cup Blocks in bundles, timed potions, and a handful of one-time brainrots and kicks. Buying blocks in larger bundles lowers the cost per block.

Permanent Block Cup upgrades

Beyond the shop items, you can spend orange balls on cheap permanent upgrades that improve how many balls you collect each run. These stack with your existing gear and pay off on every kick afterward, so buying them early is the most efficient use of your first coins.

The team choice is the one decision you cannot undo, so weigh it before locking in. After that, the winning routine is simple: kick Lucky Blocks as usual, plan a fast loop back to base to scoop up orange balls, and put your earliest coins into the cheap permanent upgrades before spending on potions. Do that consistently through July 11 and you secure the participation bonus at minimum, with the 1000% multiplier in reach if your team climbs into the ranked tiers.
