Solemn Lament is a craftable weapon in Lineage Piece that pulls together two separate gun pieces, a stack of Fusion Cores, and a large pile of currency. Owning the weapon is only half the process. To unlock its R and V moves you must complete four mastery quests, then craft a final item. Start by talking to the Solemn Lament Mastery NPC on the cliffs of Frostborn Island.

Craft A Large Coffin to unlock the R and V moves
After all four quests are done, one crafted item finishes the mastery. Head back to the Butterfly Shop NPC and build A Large Coffin.
