The Realm Signal is one of the longest chase items in Lineage Piece, and it is not a boss drop you can stumble into. It sits behind a paid questline that spans three boss islands, eleven hidden NPCs, and a final farm against level 6000 enemies. Here is exactly what the questline asks for and the order to do it in.
Quick answer: Buy the quest from the Realm Signal NPC on Elysian Island for 10,000,000 coins and 20,000 gems, finish all four quest stages, then farm the Mage NPCs on Elysian Island until the item drops.
Realm Signal cost and where the questline starts
Everything begins on Elysian Island. Teleport there and find the Realm Signal NPC, then accept the quest. The fee is charged the moment you accept, so bank your currency before you talk to them.
- 10,000,000 Coins
- 20,000 gems
- Enough combat power to clear Hard or Extreme difficulty bosses
- Access to Elysian Island, Shinjuku Showdown, Hueco Mundo and Legend’s Arena teleports
If you are not already comfortable on Hard difficulty, spend your currency elsewhere first. The questline does not scale down, and the entry fee is not refunded.

Add to Google Preferences →All four Realm Signal quest stages
The quest tracker on the left side of the screen updates as you go, and each stage unlocks the next one in a fixed order. There is no way to skip ahead or run them out of sequence.
| Stage | Objective | Where |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Defeat 20 bosses (Hard/Extreme) | Shinjuku Showdown |
| 2 | Defeat 20 bosses (Hard/Extreme) | Hueco Mundo |
| 3 | Defeat 20 bosses (Hard/Extreme) | Legend’s Arena |
| 4 | Find 11 Flame Chaser NPCs | Across the map |
Clearing the 60 bosses on Hard or Extreme

Bring a mobility-heavy build. You will be re-entering the same three arenas dozens of times, and travel time between attempts is the bulk of this phase.
All 11 Flame Chaser NPC locations
The final quest reads “Find 11 Flame Chaser NPC Around Map (0/11)”. Each one is a stationary NPC hidden somewhere on an island you already have access to. Walk up to it, press E to talk, and enemies will spawn at that spot. Clear them and the counter ticks up by one.

| Flame Chaser | Island |
|---|---|
| 1 | Elysian Island |
| 2 | Jujutsu Highschool |
| 3 | Legend’s Arena |
| 4 | Deeproot Jungle |
| 5 | Dawnwind Village |
| 6 | Shinjuku Showdown |
| 7 | Monument Isle |
| 8 | Hueco Mundo |
| 9 | Frostborn Island |
| 10 | Scorched Ruins |
| 11 | Shinjuku Showdown (second spot) |
The first one is on Elysian Island itself, so you can grab it before you teleport anywhere. Note that Shinjuku Showdown holds two separate Flame Chasers in different parts of the map, which is the easiest one to miss if you are counting islands instead of NPCs.

Legend’s Arena is worth clearing early too, since you will already know the layout from the boss stage. The Flame Chaser there sits away from the main fighting area near the safe zone.

Dawnwind Village and Deeproot Jungle are the two low-level stops on the route. Both are quick, since the spawned enemies there are far below your gear level at this point in the questline.

Farming Mage NPCs for the Realm Signal drop
With all 11 Flame Chasers cleared, head back to Elysian Island. The last step is killing the Mage [Lv 6000] NPCs there. The Realm Signal is a chance drop from them, not a guaranteed quest reward, so expect to repeat the kill loop.
There is no cap on attempts and no additional cost. Once the questline is finished, the Mages stay farmable, so you can keep grinding them across sessions until the item finally rolls.
How to confirm you have the Realm Signal
The drop is confirmed the moment the Realm Signal appears in your inventory. Open your inventory after a Mage kill and look for the item by name. The quest tracker on the left also clears once the questline is fully resolved, which is the second signal that nothing is left outstanding.
Between the 60 Hard or Extreme boss clears, the island-wide Flame Chaser sweep and a random drop at the end, this is a multi-session project rather than an afternoon. Redeeming active codes for coins and gems before you pay the entry fee takes some of the sting out of that 10 million coin bill.
