Orihime’s Reiatsu is a set of five collectibles scattered across the Lineage Piece map, each sitting on a different island and each tied to a specific numbered pickup. Some rest on the ground in plain sight, but most are perched on high cliffs, ledges, and ruined skyscrapers, so you will need flight or strong vertical mobility to reach them.
Quick answer: Talk to the Questline NPC first, then teleport to Monument Isle, Jujutsu Highschool, Scorched Ruins, Shinjuku Showdown, and Fossil Island to grab Reiatsu 1 through 5. The pickups will not count until you have spoken to the Questline NPC.

Talk to the Questline NPC before you collect anything
The single most common mistake is flying straight to the collectibles. If you have not interacted with the Questline NPC, the game shows the reminder “You have to interact with the Questline NPC Before,” and the Reiatsu pickups will not register. Start the questline first, then work through the five islands in any order you like.
You will also want a way to gain height quickly. Three of the five pickups sit on elevated ledges, so a flight ability or high jump saves a lot of climbing.

| Pickup | Island | Exact spot |

| Reiatsu 5 | Fossil Island | High cliff ledge near a tree overlooking the ocean |
Where to look on each island
Reiatsu 1 — Monument Isle
Teleport to Monument Isle and drop down from the top of the island toward the shoreline. The collectible sits on a quiet, out-of-the-way sandy beach lined with palm trees at the foot of the cliffs. Fly down to it rather than expecting it near the main spawn.

Reiatsu 2 — Jujutsu Highschool
This is the easiest one to grab. Teleport to Jujutsu Highschool and head to the main courtyard. The Reiatsu is on the ground, tucked against the corner of a building, so no flight is needed here.
Reiatsu 3 — Scorched Ruins
Teleport to Scorched Ruins and look up at the burning, wrecked skyscrapers. The pickup rests on a high ledge partway up one of the ruined towers, so fly straight up to reach it.

Reiatsu 4 — Shinjuku Showdown
At Shinjuku Showdown, head toward the cliffside and fly up to a grassy ledge tucked behind a metal fence. The Reiatsu sits on that ledge, so approach from above or the side to get past the fence line.
Reiatsu 5 — Fossil Island
Teleport to Fossil Island and fly up to a high cliff ledge that looks out over the ocean. The collectible sits next to a lone tree at the top of that ledge, which makes it a useful landmark to aim for.

How to confirm you collected all five
Each pickup registers on contact once the questline is active, updating your progress from Reiatsu 1 through Reiatsu 5. If a Reiatsu does not count when you reach it, the questline reminder is the reason. Return to the Questline NPC, start the quest properly, then revisit that island and the pickup will register.
With the courtyard grab at Jujutsu Highschool and four short flights to the ledges and beach, the full run is quick once flight is unlocked. Clear all five and the quest step tied to Orihime’s Reiatsu will complete.
