Lucilla in Wuthering Waves 3.4: Pull Value, Teams, and Weapon

A breakdown of Lucilla's dual-mode Glacio kit, her best teams, and whether her signature weapon earns your Astrites.

A breakdown of Lucilla’s dual-mode Glacio kit, her best teams, and whether her signature weapon earns your Astrites.

Lucilla closes out the Lahai-Roi cast as a 5-star Glacio Rectifier built for sub-DPS and support duty. She runs on a dual-mode kit, switching between a Glacio Chafe form that powers ice teams and an Echo form that buffs Echo Skill damage dealers. Her banner runs from June 13 to July 9, 2026, alongside the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collab characters.

Quick answer: Pull Lucilla if you own or plan to use Hiyuki, since she completes the strongest Glacio Chafe team. She is also worth it if you run two or more Echo Skill DPS units like Sigrika, Phrolova, or Galbrena, where she can replace Qiuyuan.

Lucilla banner release date and server times

Lucilla arrives as a mid-version release, so her banner does not unlock at the same moment for every region. The launch baseline is 10:00 AM local server time, which lands on June 13, 2026 across all three servers.

EuropeJune 13, 2026, 10:00 AM CET (UTC+1)
AsiaJune 13, 2026, 10:00 AM SGT (UTC+8)

Her banner shares the version with Lucy, Rebecca, Lumi, Youhu, and Taoqi, plus a Cartethyia rerun running across the 5-star banners. Collab characters like Lucy typically do not return, so plan your Astrite budget around what you actually need.

What Lucilla does in combat

Lucilla’s whole kit is themed around photography and recording, with mechanics named after focusing, freeze frames, and editing. Her core loop runs through the Focus Ring, a timing-based input similar to Sanhua’s heavy attack. Hit it at the right moment and she earns higher multipliers and recovers more resources.

The two modes change her role completely. In Resonance Mode · Glacio Chafe, she helps teammates apply Glacio Chafe more often and amplifies Glacio Chafe damage, with her Outro Skill making those stacks hit harder. In Resonance Mode · Echo, she boosts the team’s Echo Skill damage, and her first three casts of Oblivion count as different-named Echo Skills, which fits Echo-centric teams well.

Her Resonance Liberation, Clear As Day, puts her into a Reminiscence state that swaps her Basic Attack, Dodge Counter, and Mid-air Attack for new moves. Holding the third segment performs Letting It Go, her main burst skill. That move counts as Basic Attack damage in Glacio Chafe Mode and as Echo Skill damage in Echo Mode, which is what gives her flexible build paths. Letting It Go also has interrupt immunity, so her on-field rhythm is smoother than Qiuyuan’s, though her Concerto rotation is slightly slower.

Should you pull Lucilla? Pros and cons

Lucilla is one of the strongest sub-DPS units entering the current meta, and she finally completes the Glacio Chafe team. The value is high, but it depends heavily on the teammates you already own.

ProsCons
Completes the Glacio Chafe team and gives a large Glacio Chafe damage boost to allies.A big chunk of her amplification comes from her signature weapon, which adds the 24% team ATK buff.
Strong buffs in Echo form let her replace Qiuyuan for Echo Skill DPS teams (Echo and Crit Damage boost). She only works inside Glacio Chafe and Echo Skill team setups, with little flexibility outside them.
Letting It Go has interrupt immunity, making her field time smoother. Her Concerto rotation is a little slower than Qiuyuan’s.

If you own Hiyuki, Lucilla is close to a must-pull, since the two pair with Chisa to form the strongest ice team currently available. Even without Hiyuki, she becomes a core teammate for Echo Skill DPS units like Sigrika, Phrolova, and Galbrena. Run two or more of those and she slots in cleanly in place of another Echo support.

Best teams for Lucilla

TeamMembersWhy it works
Hiyuki GlacioHiyuki, Lucilla (Glacio), ChisaThe strongest ice team right now. Lucilla feeds Glacio Chafe and buffs the next unit on the field.
Echo SkillSigrika / Galbrena / Phrolova, Lucilla (Echo), Shorekeeper / VerinaLucilla provides extra Echo Skill casts and buffs comparable to Qiuyuan.

Best weapons and Echo sets

Her signature Rectifier, Freeze Frame, raises ATK by 12% and grants her a 30% Glacio DMG Bonus for 12 seconds after she inflicts Glacio Chafe. The same trigger also hands all team Resonators a 24% ATK increase for 30 seconds. Lucilla applies Glacio Chafe easily, so she keeps that buff active even though other characters cannot trigger it themselves.

If you skip the signature, Yinlin’s Stringmaster is the best alternative, and other standard 5-star weapons with a Basic Attack DMG Bonus also work. Among 4-stars, the Battle Pass weapon Augment (Qingyin) is recommended for its Crit Rate.

For main stats, run Crit DMG or Crit Rate on the Cost 4 Echo, Glacio DMG Bonus or ATK on Cost 3, and ATK on Cost 1. After her v3 test-server changes she needs zero Resonance Efficiency, so substat priority is Crit DMG / Crit Rate, then ATK%, then Basic Attack DMG Bonus. In Glacio Mode her own damage is mostly Basic Attack, so weight Basic Attack DMG Bonus higher there.

Is the Freeze Frame signature weapon worth pulling?

Freeze Frame is a worthwhile investment if you have the Astrites. It lifts her personal output with the 30% Glacio DMG Bonus on Glacio Chafe, and the 24% team ATK buff matters for ATK-scaling allies like Hiyuki, Phrolova, Galbrena, and Sigrika. Because a meaningful part of her support comes from this weapon, it is a stronger pull than usual for an amplifier.

For Resonance Chains, the recommended order is S0R0 (no signature) or S0R1 (with signature), then S2R1 to maximize her support, then S3R1 to unlock the main-DPS playstyle, and finally S6R1 or S6R5 for the highest personal buffs and overworld convenience.

You will know the pull paid off the first time you watch her Glacio Chafe stacks light up an ice team’s damage, or see her Oblivion casts register as separate Echo Skills for an Echo DPS. If you own Hiyuki, treat her as a priority. If you lean on Echo Skill carries, she earns her spot too. Outside those two cores, the value drops sharply, and that is the main thing to weigh before spending.
