Every unlock condition for the expansion’s seven trophies, including the Classic difficulty run, Salieri’s jobs, and the new Free Ride collectibles.

The Man of Honor expansion for Mafia: The Old Country is short, but its trophy list stretches well past the two story chapters. It arrived on August 14, 2026 and adds seven trophies, one new prequel storyline centred on Ennio Salieri, and a fresh batch of Free Ride content built around jobs, timed challenges, and three new collectible types. Expect roughly 8–10 hours for the full set, with the story itself accounting for only 2–3 of those.

Quick answer: Set the difficulty to Classic in Options > Settings > Gameplay before you start the DLC, finish both chapters, then return in Free Ride to clear Salieri’s 8 Jobs and 11 Challenges plus 43 Wanted Posters, 15 Sulfur Trucks, and 10 Stunt Jumps.

All 7 Man of Honor trophies and how they unlock

Nothing here is permanently missable. Everything is reachable through Free Ride or Chapter Select after the credits, and there are no known glitched trophies. There is only one gold, one silver, and five bronze, and none of them require an internet connection.

Set Classic difficulty before you start the DLC

Against All Odds is the only difficulty-locked trophy and the hardest of the seven, which is not saying much. The expansion has very few shootouts, so Classic mostly means slower healing and less forgiving gunfights across a short run.

Open Options > Settings > Gameplay and switch the difficulty to Classic before you load into the first chapter. The game keeps a single autosave slot, so there is no backup save to fall back on if you forget.
Play both chapters straight through. The full storyline runs 2–3 hours and covers Salieri’s history before the events of Mafia, up to how he ends up in America.
If you started on a lower setting, use Chapter Select to replay whichever chapter you did not clear on Classic. There are only two, so a fix costs very little time.

Once the trophy pops, drop the difficulty back to Easy. Nothing in Free Ride requires Classic, and lower difficulty makes the timed challenges noticeably less annoying.

Snapshot: the one trophy tied to a story detour

During Intermezzo II – Fratellanza you receive the objective “Meet Cesare at Bar Caffé Ginevra” alongside an optional objective, “Meet with Isabella.” Follow the optional marker to Lago Efesto and talk to her. The trophy unlocks the moment she takes Enzo’s photograph.

Skipping the detour does not lock you out. Replaying that segment through Chapter Select brings the optional objective back.

Unlock Salieri’s Free Ride jobs and challenges

Both of the bronze activity trophies sit behind one conversation. Load Free Ride, drive to Porto Almano, and head into Salieri’s warehouse to speak with him. That unlocks the full board of jobs and challenges, and more of each appear on the map as you finish them.

The 8 jobs for A Working Man

JobObjective
Fruitful ArrangementSteal a truck loaded with whiskey and drive it to Salieri’s warehouse.
A Gentleman’s DiscretionSteal Modesto Tirone’s car and return it to the warehouse.
Making a KillingHead to Collezolfo, investigate the criminals there, take the valuables, then report back.
Vultures at the VillaTake the car from Villa Ludovici and bring it back.
The Vanishing DriverSteal D’Alessio’s car and deliver it to the warehouse.
Relics and RuinTrack down the smugglers’ stash on a truck and drive that truck back.
Out of TimeFind the washed-up crates of luxury watches, grab the note from the safe, then return.
Sulfur TrucksDestroy all 15 unmarked Sulfur Trucks scattered around the map.

The Sulfur Trucks job is the outlier. It is a full map sweep rather than a mission, so it slots naturally into your collectible cleanup rather than the job run itself.

The 11 challenges for The Challenger

Salieri’s challenges use a poker chip icon on the map, which separates them from everything else out there. You only need a medal in each, so aim for the minimum thresholds below rather than a perfect run.

ChallengeMedal requirement
Targa Course (Road Sprint)Finish 3rd or better across 51 checkpoints.
Temple Sprint (Road Sprint)Finish 3rd or better across 35 checkpoints.
Vineyard Tour (Circuit Race)Finish 3rd or better over 3 laps.
Factory Loop (Circuit Race)Finish 3rd or better over 5 laps.
Mine Dash (Time Trial)1:30 on the clock, +5 seconds per checkpoint. Finish with at least 18 seconds left.
Portside Trial (Time Trial)5 minutes, free route. Finish with at least 1:20 left.
East Valley Run (Time Trial)5 minutes, free route. Finish with at least 1:20 left.
Norman Ruins (Assassination)Kill the target and escape undetected within 10 minutes. Safes are not required.
The Lodge (Assassination)Kill the target and escape undetected within 10 minutes. Safes are not required.
Collezolfo Stud Farm (Standoff)Clear 4 waves in 1:30 and score at least 15,000 points.
Mining Prospect (Standoff)Clear 4 waves in 1:30 and score at least 15,000 points.

Both Standoffs work the same way. Kills add time to the clock, and looting certain corpses adds more, so keep moving between bodies instead of camping one position. On the two open-route time trials, the shortest line matters more than top speed.

The three new Free Ride collectible types

Man of Honor adds three collectible sets to Free Ride, and all of them can be finished after the story. You will stumble across some Wanted Posters during the two chapters, but there is no reason to hunt them there.

Budget 2–4 hours for the sweep depending on how much you picked up naturally. The Sulfur Trucks are unmarked, so they take the most driving.

Why a trophy might not pop

There are only a couple of realistic ways to stall out here, and each has a clean fix.

  • A Working Man counts the Sulfur Trucks job like any other. All 15 trucks have to be destroyed before the trophy registers.
  • The Challenger needs a medal in every one of the 11 challenges, and later challenges only appear on the map after earlier ones are finished. If your count looks short, check for new poker chip icons.
  • Snapshot requires the optional Isabella objective specifically, not just finishing Intermezzo II.

There is no New Game+ mode, no PS4 version to autopop from, and progress lives in one autosave slot shared across modes. Play the two chapters on Classic first, clear Salieri’s board second, and finish with the map sweep, and the expansion wraps up comfortably inside a weekend.
