Messenger is a small browser game where you walk a quiet seaside town and hand out letters one by one. There is no on-screen map, so each new character is found by following landmarks and turning at the right spots. The route below moves through every NPC and point of interest in the order that keeps your deliveries flowing.

Quick answer: Start at the boat to get your first letter from the sailor, head left into town, then work outward to the graveyard, Red House, cave, factory, scientist, and Temple. Finish by handing the sailor’s letter to the person resting by the water near the bridge.

Shipyard: The starting point and the sailor

You begin next to the repairable boat at the shipyard. This is your home base and the place to meet the local sailor. Talk to him to receive your first letter, which kicks off the chain of deliveries that takes you across the town.

Town center: The flower lady, laundry man, and office worker

From the shipyard, go left to reach the town center. Several residents live here, including the flower lady, the laundry man, and a man wearing office clothes. Speak to the office worker and he hands you a letter addressed to his boss. Hold onto it, because you will track the boss down later.

Graveyard and Red House: The old lady and the boss

From the town center, keep going straight and then turn right. Take the first left after that turn to reach the graveyard, where an old lady gives you a letter to deliver.

If you skip the graveyard turn and continue straight instead, you arrive at the Red House sitting on a cliff. This is where the office worker’s boss lives. He tells you the letter was funny, and you can carry his reply back to the office worker in town.

The scout, the cave, and the factory

Continue past the Red House until you reach a wooden bridge. Follow the path along and you will meet a boy dressed in scout’s gear. The road splits here into two directions.

The scientist and the Mountain Temple

Leave the factory by the left-hand route and you will run into a blockade. Take the narrow path straight ahead to get around it. Just past it stands a scientist beside his bike. He is the one who received the wrong order from the factory.

The confused scientist

Keep going past the scientist and follow the path uphill to reach the Temple. This is where you deliver the letter that the old lady at the graveyard asked you to carry.

Final deliveries: The Garden Lady and the man by the water

Head back toward the middle of the town and find the Garden Lady. After she talks about her husband, she asks you to deliver fresh clothes. Take those clothes to the man in the cave.

Return to the factory afterward and speak with the second scientist. Then go back to the front of the bridge and walk left, following the water stream. An NPC is relaxing by the water there, and that is where you hand over the last letter the sailor gave you at the start.

Once that final letter changes hands, every NPC has been visited, and each point of interest on the town route has been cleared. Since the game tracks your progress through the letters themselves, finishing the sailor’s delivery by the water is the signal that the full circuit is done.
