Mini War Black Market: Spawn Timer, Items, and Gem Costs

Mini War Black Market: Spawn Timer, Items, and Gem Costs

The Black Market is the one shop in Mini War that sells buildings you cannot get anywhere else. It drops onto a server for a short window, takes only Gems as payment, and then leaves. If you are not ready when the helicopter lands, you wait for the next cycle.

⏱️
Quick answer: The Black Market appears every 40 minutes and stays for 20 minutes. Walk up to the NPC in the parked helicopter near the Shopkeeper, press E to open it, and pay in Gems before stock runs out.

When the Black Market spawns and where to find it

The market runs on a fixed cycle. It is active for 20 minutes, then goes on a 40-minute cooldown before it returns. Because the timer repeats, there is no rush to spend Gems the moment you earn them. You can stockpile and buy when the shop is open.

It arrives as an NPC dressed in black, flying in on a green helicopter. The aircraft lands on a helipad on the left side of the leaderboard, right next to the Shopkeeper. The fastest way to reach it is the Buy button at the top of the screen, which teleports you to that area. Stand beside the NPC and press E to open the menu.

Stock is limited, the same way the Shopkeeper's stock is. On a busy public server, other players can buy items before you do. If you want the whole stock to yourself, play in a private server. The market still spawns there, but only the people you invite can compete for what it carries.

All Black Market items and Gem costs

The shop rotates through Military buildings, Factories, Special utilities, and Decorations. Higher-rarity entries show up less often, so a Legendary or Mythic building will not appear every cycle.

The Clone Facility is the most expensive purchase at 950 Gems, and it copies your strongest farm for serious late-game output. If you are deciding what to grab first, the Gem Mine and Research Booster carry the most long-term value. The Gem Mine pays for future purchases on its own, and the Research Booster shortens research timers for players pushing through the tech tree.

📈
Note: Owning more than one of certain buildings raises their price. Each extra Gem Mine costs 15% more, up to a cap of 5,000 Gems. Each extra Clone Facility costs 10% more, up to 10,000 Gems.

How to get Gems for the Black Market

Gems are the premium currency in Mini War, and the Black Market only accepts them. Regular cash will not work here. There are several reliable ways to build a balance, and most of them are free.

Black Market shop
  • Daily quests — You start with five daily quests, or six once you unlock the extra slot in the Research Tree. Clearing them returns roughly 34 Gems a day, and hitting each quest tier adds another 25 Gems.
  • Gem Mine — Once placed in your base, it produces four Gems every 30 minutes. This is why most players treat it as their first Black Market buy.
  • Transport Pad — After allying with another player, trades sent through the pad can return Gems on top of resources.
  • Shop (Robux) — Spenders can buy Gem packs directly. The four options are 2,000 Gems (799 Robux), 500 Gems (319 Robux), 200 Gems (139 Robux), and 50 Gems (39 Robux).

Your Gem total sits just above the Cash counter in the bottom-left corner of the screen, so you can check whether you have enough before the helicopter arrives.

Confirming a purchase went through

When a buy succeeds, your Gem counter drops by the listed cost and the building enters its build timer in your base. Build times vary widely, from instant decorations like the Flag Pole and Fireworks Barrel to six-hour projects like the Clone Facility and Advanced Heli Pad. If the option appears greyed out or will not confirm, the usual reasons are a Gem balance below the price or that the item has already sold out of its limited stock for that cycle.

One purchase has an extra requirement. The Transport Pad only functions after you complete the Alliances research, which costs 10,000 Cash, and after you form an alliance with another player. Buying the pad without an active ally leaves it without anyone to trade with.

Treat the Black Market as a planned stop rather than an impulse buy. Bank Gems between cycles, decide on the Gem Mine and Research Booster early, and keep an eye on the 40-minute timer so you are standing on the helipad the moment the door opens.
