Territories are capturable points spread across the Mini War map, and holding them is how you scale civilians, money, and research over a full server. You take them with military units, and the moment a territory is fully yours, its bonuses kick in. Most of your mid- to late-game growth comes down to which territories you control and how long you keep them.

Quick answer: Capture territories with your troops, hold each one fully (no enemy units contesting it), and stay under your territory limit, which starts at 8 and rises to a maximum of 10 after the Conqueror and Emperor research upgrades.

What territories do in Mini War

Each captured territory applies a permanent buff for as long as you own it. The four things they push are civilian capacity, money generation, research speed, and overall progression. Not every territory touches all four. Some only raise civilians and money, while a Lab adds a research bonus on top.

Contested points pay out less. If enemy troops are still sitting on a territory, your income from it drops, so the goal is always a clean, full capture by clearing every defender. Troops come from military buildings such as the Big Hangar, General's Base, and Barracks, which you buy from the Shopkeeper with Cash or Robux.


All territory types and their bonuses

There are six territory types, and the value gap between low and high tiers is large. That is exactly why the strongest territories draw the most fighting on a server.

Camps and Garrisons are the most common and usually lightly defended, which makes them easy first grabs for new players. The City carries the biggest civilian and money boost but is heavily guarded, so it tends to be a late target rather than an early one.

Every server uses a fixed layout. There is only ever one City, which is part of why it stays the most fought-over point on the map.

Territory limit and how to raise it

You begin with a base limit of 8 territories. Even if more are open on the map, your troops cannot enter a new one once you hit that cap. The only way to expand the cap is through research.

With both upgrades complete, the maximum territory limit is 10. Note: if your troops refuse to enter an open territory, you are almost certainly already at your current cap, so check your Conqueror and Emperor progress before pushing further.


Best territory setups for money and civilians

There is no single best layout anymore. The right one depends on whether you want steady income or maximum civilian scaling for overnight farming.

The balanced money setup is the strongest all-around option for consistent income and steady research. Run 6 Military Bases, 1 City, and 3 Labs. That combination yields +165 civilians, a +205% money bonus, and +15% research speed.

The civilian setup trades some money for population. Take 1 City, 6 Oil Rigs, and 3 flex slots filled with Labs or Military Bases. If you still need research progress, make all three flex slots Labs for +15% research speed. This layout produces +195 civilians, a +175% money bonus, and +15% research speed, and the Oil Rigs make it especially good for overnight farming because of their large civilian boost.


Raid Event and the Manager Statue reward

A Raid Event can spawn at random during play. It has a 50% chance to appear every 30 minutes, with spawn windows at :00 and :30 each hour, and it stays active for 15 minutes. Whoever holds the Raid point the longest earns a special reward chest.

The reward is the Manager Statue, which raises production by 20%. That makes it a stronger boost than the Worker Statue, so contesting Raid Events is worth the troop cost when you can spare the army.


Civilian scaling at endgame

Territories stay one of the main drivers of civilian growth, and they stack with research upgrades and gamepasses for much larger totals late in a run. Higher civilian counts feed directly into factory output and overall economic scaling.

If you are early in a run, lean on Camps and Garrisons for quick, low-risk captures, then work toward the Conqueror and Emperor research so you can hold more ground. Once your army can defend it, anchor your layout around the City and either Military Bases for income or Oil Rigs for population, and keep an eye on each Raid window for a shot at the Manager Statue.
