Minshina’s Skull is a Horde quest in Durotar that sends you to the Echo Isles to recover a trapped spirit’s skull. It starts and ends with Master Gadrin in Sen’jin Village, and the only real challenge is slipping past the hostile trolls guarding the ritual site.
Quick answer: Swim to the largest Echo Isle southeast of Durotar, climb the central mound to the candlelit circle of skulls near coordinates 67,88, right-click the pile to loot Minshina’s Skull, then return it to Master Gadrin.
Minshina’s Skull quest requirements and rewards
This is a low-level Durotar quest suited to characters around level 8 to 10. You pick it up from Master Gadrin, who also completes it. The quest is sharable, so a party can turn it in together after one player loots the skull for everyone.

The skull is in a power circle on the largest, southernmost Echo Isle, off Durotar’s southeastern shore. Look inside the shrine atop a small hill near 67,88; dancing trolls, lit candles, and a skull ring mark the spot.
Without a coordinates addon, follow the coast south to Durotar’s southeastern tip, then head across toward the lower part of the map’s “E” in “Isles.” The camp is patrolled by hostile Voodoo Trolls, while the named warlock Zalazane protects the ritual site.

How to confirm the quest is done
You know it worked when Master Gadrin accepts the skull and the Spirit of Minshina appears, bows to you, and vanishes. You receive the experience, reputation with Orgrimmar and the Darkspear Trolls, and the Faintly Glowing Skull. On live modern WoW this quest no longer exists, but it remains fully playable in World of Warcraft Classic.
