Your camp is the permanent side of progression in Mistfall Hunter, sitting alongside character level and gear. Every building you raise gives a fixed, account-wide benefit, from stronger Spirithorn Healing to more stash space, extra auction slots, and access to better forging. The catch is that each level demands a specific set of materials, and it is easy to sell something you actually needed.
Quick answer: Reach player level 5, hold 10,000 Gyldenblood, then complete the Camp Revitalization task by talking to Dew. That opens the Camp menu, where each building lists its exact material cost per level.
How to unlock camp upgrades in Mistfall Hunter
The camp system stays locked until you clear a short chain of early tasks. You need to be player level 5 and finish the Accumulation of Wealth objective, which requires 10,000 Gyldenblood. The introductory quests Digging Deeper and The Eccentric Blacksmith also feed into this progression.
Once those conditions are met, the Camp Revitalization task appears. Speaking to Dew completes it and adds the Camp section to your in-game menu. From there you can open any building and see its Level 2 requirements. You know it worked when the Camp tab is selectable and each structure shows a materials list next to its next tier.

Materials are limited early, so order matters. Warehouse comes first because you cannot stockpile upgrade materials without stash room. Healing and currency capacity follow, then the Workshop so you can improve gear and socket runes.
| Priority | Building | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Warehouse | More storage so you can hoard upgrade materials |
| 2 | Goddess Statue | Higher Spirithorn Healing keeps you alive longer |
| 3 | Gyldenblood Pool | Bigger currency cap and extra character slots |
| 4 | Workshop | Only route to better gear and rune sockets |
| 5 | Tavern | Stronger Victory Wine buffs before each run |
| 6 | Shop | Restock consumables and basic gear faster |
| 7 | Auction House | Extra selling slots, more useful in the late game |
| 8 | Scavenger Squad | Extra items, but not urgent |
| 9 | Soulcatch Tree | More Soulcatch Net slots, save for later |

Warehouse Level 5 and 6 requirements
The Warehouse continues past most other buildings, since stash space keeps mattering as you bank more gear between runs.
| Level | Materials |
|---|---|
| Level 5 | 1x Hastain’s Tears, 1x Frostbee Crystal Hive, 2x Gem Mirror, 2x Hallowed Woods Codex |
| Level 6 | 1x Kjerno’s Idol, 1x Velvar’s Teachings, 2x Blessed Sachet |
Where to farm the materials
Most basic materials can be bought from the Auction House if you would rather buy than farm. Higher-grade Epic and Legendary items tend to come from harder point-of-interest treasure chests. Some advanced materials only drop in specific zones, with certain items tied to the Hallowgrove map and others exclusive to the Brandgarde zone.
Tip: When checking whether an item is worth keeping, open your stash and press Ctrl + F to search its name against the tables above. If it appears, hold it until the matching upgrade is finished.
The Collection Pedestal stays locked until you complete more upgrades, so it has no material cost yet. Since the game moved from its open test into full release, several required materials shifted, so treat any recipe you last saw during testing as subject to change and confirm the current cost in the Camp menu before committing.
