Muay Thai is the fourth fighting style added to Bizarre Lineage, joining Kendo, Boxing, and Karate. Like the others, it slots into your numerical keys alongside any Stand and reshapes your M1 and M2 animations. Unlocking the full kit means grinding through the Mastering Muay Thai questline given by the Rodtang NPC.

Where to find the Muay Thai trainer
The questgiver is Rodtang, styled as the "Iron Man" NPC. He stands near Bus Stop 2, across the street from the Bizarre Gym and close to the Yakuza NPC spawns and the Zuleima NPC. Some in-game signage places him near the Main Building behind Bus Stop 5, so check both ends of that block if he is not immediately visible.
Interacting with him starts the "Mastering Muay Thai" questline. You cannot skip stages, and rewards unlock progressively as you finish each step rather than all at once at the end.

Mastering Muay Thai 1: Pay the entry fee
The opening task is a flat $100 payment to Rodtang. Cash carries over from normal play, so most players already have this by the time they reach him. If you are short, sell unused inventory items to the Rahaj NPC, whose main shop sits directly across from Bus Stop 1.
Mastering Muay Thai 2: Defeat the three NPC types
Rodtang next asks you to take down three sets of enemies. All three spawn in fixed locations across Morioh, so this stage is mainly travel time.
| Target | Count | Level | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Boxer | 7 | 20 | Bizarre Gym, second floor (Bus Stop 2) |
| Cyborg | 7 | 22 | Roads near Rudol von Stroheim (Bus Stop 3) |
| Samurai Master | 7 | 50 | In front of Kame Yu Shop (Bus Stop 4) |
Boxers and Cyborgs are trivial for most built characters. Samurai Masters are the bottleneck because of their level 50 scaling and because regular Samurai mix into the same spawn area. Pull them individually if you are underleveled, and use a Stand with ranged pressure to avoid getting traded down.

Mastering Muay Thai 3: Return to Rodtang
Once all 21 kills are registered, go back to Rodtang and hand in the quest. This stage has no combat of its own, it simply gates progression and pushes you into the World Event phase.
Mastering Muay Thai 4: Clear three World Events
You need to complete three World Events to advance. The portal spawns in the middle of the road at Morioh Station (Bus Stop 1), directly in front of the Saitama Titles NPC, roughly every 15 minutes of server uptime.
World Events require a minimum player count to start. Deathmatch needs at least four players, while the Graveyard event has no minimum and is by far the fastest to clear solo or with a small group. If nothing is spawning, server hop into full public servers, coordinate through the official Discord, or set up a private server with friends.

Later Mastering Muay Thai stages
Beyond the World Event step, the questline continues with additional combat objectives that mirror the structure of the other fighting-style quests in the game. Expected tasks include raid-boss clears, PvP wins via the PvP board, and return fights against the trainer. The Green Dolphin Street Prison raid has been referenced by players running quest 8, suggesting a prison raid sits in the later stages.
Because specific targets and counts for the final Mastering Muay Thai steps are still being confirmed in-game, stick to what Rodtang displays in your quest log after each handoff rather than preparing ahead for a fixed list.
How Muay Thai fits into your build
Fighting Styles are independent of Stands and Sub Abilities. They rebind your M1 and M2 animations and add three dedicated moves to your numerical keys, which means a Muay Thai moveset stacks directly on top of whatever Stand you are currently running. There is no conflict between Stand skills and Fighting Style skills during combos.
One important caveat applies to every fighting style in the game, Muay Thai included: prestiging resets your unlocked style along with your stats. If you plan to prestige soon, finish the questline after the reset rather than before, otherwise you will need to grind Rodtang's quests a second time.

Verifying the unlock
Each completed Mastering Muay Thai stage grants one piece of the kit. You will see the new move appear on your numerical key bar and the associated animation change on your basic attacks after the relevant handoff. If Rodtang still shows the same dialogue after a kill or event, the objective did not register — re-enter the area or re-trigger the World Event to force an update before assuming the quest is bugged.
