How roles work in Murder Mystery

Every round assigns three roles at random. Survivors have no special powers and must rely on observation and teamwork to stay alive. The Murderer moves among the group trying to eliminate everyone without getting caught, while the Sheriff carries the sole responsibility of identifying and stopping the Murderer before the round ends. Codes don’t affect these mechanics directly, they only add cosmetic badges, coins, or gems on top of normal play.

Redeeming a full set of badge codes takes only a couple of minutes, so it’s worth clearing the list in one sitting rather than redeeming codes one at a time between matches.
