The 1,000,000-Fon reward tied to Pink Paws Heist in Neverness to Everness has been reworked into the Tycoon Encouragement Fund (also shown in-game as the Tycoon Incentive Fund). The cap itself did not move, but the ways you can reach it did. Instead of grinding a single extraction mode, you now pull Fons toward the same shared limit through three separate activities.
Quick answer: You can still earn up to 1,000,000 Fons every two weeks, but that total now fills from Pink Paws Heist, Beach Volleyball, and the Going, Going, Gone! auction display combined. Progress from all three counts against the one shared cap.

The core number is unchanged. The fund tops out at 1,000,000 Fons per two-week period. What matters now is that Pink Paws Heist is only one of the routes feeding it. If you dislike the extraction runs, you can lean on the other two modes and still hit the same maximum.

Going, Going, Gone! passive income from the display case
The biggest structural change is passive earning. Through Going, Going, Gone!, you place items in an auction display case and generate Fons over time based on how valuable those items are. Higher-value pieces produce more, so the setup you leave in the case directly determines your passive rate.
You reach it through the Hobbies menu. Auction items carry over from the Going, Going, Gone! event, so anything you already collected there remains usable in the display.
Auction leaderboard and the 60-day title cycle
A live leaderboard tracks players by their auction setups, and you can view other players’ display cases for reference. Rankings run on a 60-day cycle, and placing well awards exclusive player titles for your profile at the end of that window.

Pink Paws Heist still works the same, with a new minimap
The heist itself is unchanged in structure. It remains a solo or co-op extraction mode where each run lasts 12 minutes, you loot the bank across its floors, and you must reach a glowing Rerorero Telephone Booth to extract before the timer expires. Fail to extract and you lose everything you collected on that run.
Access to the mode still requires reaching City Tycoon level 10, which means accumulating 1,510,600 total Fons and hitting House Collection Level 3. Alongside Fons, runs continue to award Paw-Paw Coins that you exchange with Chiz for cosmetics and Annulith.
The one practical addition to the heist is a minimap. Layout and route information that previously had to be memorized is now visible in-run, which makes navigation easier for newer players working out the bank’s floors and portals.
The net effect is less repetitive grinding. You are no longer locked into extraction runs to max out the reward, since Beach Volleyball placements and a passive auction display can carry a meaningful share of the 1,000,000 Fons on their own. Set up a strong display case, contest the volleyball tournament, and use the heist to fill whatever remains before the two-week reset.
