Motorcycles in Neverness to Everness are sold at exactly one location in Hethereau, and reaching it requires meeting a city progression threshold before any dealership will let you spend Fons. The free red scooter handed out during the main story works for tight alleys, but anyone wanting a proper bike has to head to a specific avenue in the New Herland District.

Where to buy a motorcycle in NTE
Regalia is the single dealership in Hethereau that stocks bikes. It sits on Camelot Avenue in the New Herland District and shares its floor with the most expensive cars in the game, including the Pendragon. Dealerships are marked on the map with a blue car icon, so Regalia shows up alongside the other two showrooms in the city.
The other two dealerships, Novus on Torchwood Avenue in Bridge Crossings and TerraX on Saint Torres Avenue in the Miguel District, only sell cars. Novus carries budget-to-mid options like the C2000 and Enforcer, while TerraX exclusively sells the off-road G3. Neither offers motorcycles in version 1.0.

Requirements before you can purchase
Two gates control vehicle purchases. First, you need to progress the main story through Chapter 1 to unlock the City Tycoon system, which happens after completing the Photo Studio anomaly and returning to your base. A short tutorial quest called Good Morning, Hethereau introduces the mechanic.
Second, you need to climb the Tycoon ranks. The Garage function opens at Tycoon Level 2, which is enough to buy the cheapest scooters and bikes. Dealerships themselves require Tycoon Level 3 to enter and transact with the agent inside.

Regalia dealership inventory and prices
Regalia stocks both premium cars and the only bike options available. Prices are listed in Fons, the in-game currency.
| Vehicle | Type | Price (Fons) |
|---|---|---|
| Novis ST-X 950 | Motorcycle | 250,000 |
| Griffin Volante | Car | 1,800,000 |
| Blizzard-V4 | Car | 2,450,000 |
| Pursuit V8 | Car | 4,000,000 |
| LaVelox | Car | 10,800,999 |
| Pendragon | Car | 12,000,000 |
The Novis ST-X 950 is the entry-level pick if your only goal is to ride a motorcycle. It is also the cheapest motorized two-wheeler outside of the free red Vespa scooter the story hands you.

How to complete the purchase
Step 1: Open the map and look for the blue car icon on Camelot Avenue in the New Herland District. Set it as your waypoint and travel there using the scooter, a hailed car, or the transit system.
Step 2: Enter Regalia and approach the dealership agent. If you are below Tycoon Level 3, the agent will refuse to sell, so check your Tycoon rank in the city menu before making the trip.
Step 3: Browse the inventory in the dealership interface and select a motorcycle. Confirm the purchase to spend Fons, after which the vehicle is added to your Garage and can be summoned anywhere in the city.

Other ways to ride without buying
If you just want to move around faster while saving for a Regalia purchase, the story-issued red Vespa scooter handles narrow alleys well, even though it is slow on open roads. Hethereau also hides special vehicles around the map that you can locate and acquire outside of the dealership system, and the city's car-jacking mechanic lets you commandeer NPC vehicles temporarily, though doing so raises your Wanted Level.
For players chasing the Ghost Rider flame-bike effect, the visual is a skin tied to the Raging Flames S-Rank Arc dropped by the Headless Rider anomaly boss. You still need to own a bike from Regalia first, then equip the Arc on a Plasma element character such as Hathor, Nanally, or Aurelia before the flame effect activates while riding.
Confirming the purchase worked
After buying, open the Garage menu from the city interface. The new motorcycle should appear in your owned vehicles list with its model name. You can summon it on any road in Hethereau through the vehicle wheel, and it will spawn next to your character. If the bike does not appear in the Garage, return to Regalia and check whether the transaction was completed, since insufficient Fons or a missed Tycoon Level requirement will cancel the purchase.
