Neverness to Everness ran a tiered pre-registration campaign ahead of its global launch, with rewards keyed to total sign-ups and social media followers rather than individual sign-up confirmations. Every tier was reached before the game went live on April 29, which means the full reward set is delivered to players who pre-registered, regardless of when they pre-registered.

How NTE pre-registration rewards work
The campaign was structured as a community goal rather than a per-account bonus. Hotta Studio set five pre-registration count thresholds and one social media follower threshold. When the global community crossed each threshold, the matching reward was added to the launch payout for every pre-registered account.
There was no separate code, no per-platform variation in the reward list, and no need to claim each tier individually during the pre-registration window. Distribution happens once the public beta (the live launch build) is running on your account.
Full pre-registration milestone reward list
| Milestone | Reward |
|---|---|
| 15 million pre-registrations | Beetle Coin x30,000 |
| 20 million pre-registrations | Elite Hunter Guide x20 |
| 25 million pre-registrations | Fabricated Dice x5 |
| 30 million pre-registrations | A-Class character Haniel x1 |
| 35 million pre-registrations | Fabricated Dice x15 |
| 5 million social media followers | "Officer Whisker" glider livery |
The Fabricated Dice totals stack across the 25M and 35M tiers, giving 20 Fabricated Dice in total from the milestone track. Combined with Haniel, the Beetle Coins, the Elite Hunter Guides, and the Officer Whisker glider livery, that is the complete pre-registration payout.

Why you may think there are "no" pre-registration rewards
A common point of confusion: nothing appears in your account immediately after pre-registering. That is by design. Milestone rewards are not pushed to your account during the pre-registration window. They are queued and sent only after the game launches, and you sign in with the account tied to your pre-registration.
If you pre-registered and see no rewards yet, the cause is almost always one of the following:
- You have not logged into the live game on the launched client.
- You have not progressed far enough in the opening tutorial to unlock the in-game mailbox.
- You signed in with a different login method (Facebook, Google, PSN, or email) than the one you used to pre-register. Accounts created with different third-party providers do not share data.
How to claim the rewards at launch
Step 1: Install the launch client for your platform. Use the official Windows PC, iOS, or Android client, or search for NTE on the App Store, Google Play, Apple Mac, or PlayStation Store. Any previous beta-test launcher must be fully uninstalled first.
Step 2: Sign in using the same login method you used to pre-register. NTE supports PWG Account on every platform, with Facebook, Google, or email on Windows PC, and PSN or email on PlayStation 5 / PlayStation 5 Pro.
Step 3: Pick the server matching your region. NTE has four independent servers — Asia, America, Europe, and SEA — and progress does not transfer between them. The server you choose is where your rewards will be delivered.
Step 4: Play through the opening sequence until the mailbox feature unlocks. All milestone rewards arrive there as in-game mail, ready to claim. Haniel is added to your character roster directly once the relevant mail is opened.

How to confirm the rewards landed
You will see one or more mail entries in your in-game mailbox containing the Beetle Coins, Elite Hunter Guides, Fabricated Dice, the Officer Whisker glider livery, and Haniel. Opening each mail moves the items into the matching inventory: currency into your wallet, pull materials into your gacha resources, the livery into your glider customization options, and Haniel into your character list.
If a reward seems missing, verify three things before contacting support: the login method matches your pre-registration, you are on the correct regional server, and the mailbox feature has actually been unlocked in the tutorial. These three account for nearly all "missing reward" cases.
Hethereau Residents Guide web event rewards
Separate from the milestone track, the Hethereau Residents Guide web event let players claim additional materials before launch. Anything you select there is delivered to the same in-game mailbox at launch and is independent of the milestone payout — so participating in both tracks gives you both reward sets.

If you pre-registered, the rewards are already earmarked for your account. The only action left is launching the game on the right server with the right login and clearing the tutorial gate that opens your mailbox.
