How to get Shinku at launch
Shinku is obtained through the limited banner, so you pull for her using Solid Dice on the Limited Board. Save Solid Dice and Annulith ahead of July 8 so you can roll as soon as her banner opens.
The limited board uses a guaranteed system rather than a 50/50. The featured S-Rank is guaranteed within 90 rolls, soft pity begins at 70 rolls, and an A-Rank is guaranteed every 10 rolls. Pity also carries over from previous limited banners, so your existing pull count and rate-up progress transfer to Shinku’s banner.
You will know it worked when Shinku appears in your character roster and her banner shows the pull result in the Scarborough Fair board. If she has not unlocked, confirm the client has updated to Version 1.2, since the banner does not appear until the patch is installed and the server has reset to the July 8 timestamp.
If you have been holding resources through the Chaos banner, July 8 is the day to spend them. Shinku takes the slot the moment Chaos rotates out, so there is no gap between the two banners.
