Blazamut Ryu never appears in the open world of Palworld 1.0. The Blazamut Ryu fight and its two phases
The standard boss arrives at Level 55 with heavy raid scaling, hitting hard enough to wipe an under-leveled squad. It fights as a Fire and Dragon type, so Water attacks are your sharpest tool early. Its signature moves are Magna Crush, a leaping slam that flattens the landing zone, and Brawn Impact, ground-smashing arm attacks.
The key twist comes when you strip the health bar down. Instead of dying, Blazamut Ryu erupts with an electric burst that can paralyze your whole party, claws back roughly a third of its health, and starts fighting as an Electric type for the rest of the battle. Keep a paralyze cure ready and do not drop your guard when the bar looks empty.

The hatched Blazamut Ryu always comes with the Eternal Flame passive, one of the strongest Fire passives in the game. It raises Fire attack damage by 30% and Lightning attack damage by 30%, which suits both a Fire and a Dragon attacker build.
The Ultra version
Every clear hands you a Blazamut Ryu (Ultra) Slab, crafted from four Ultra Slab Fragments. It summons the same fight, including the mid-battle lightning shift, but at Level 80 with much steeper numbers. Save it until your team can comfortably clear the standard Level 55 boss first.
