Where to Find All Four Relaxaurus Effigies in Palworld 1.0

Every Relaxaurus Effigy spot across Palpagos Islands, plus the EXP boost each one unlocks at a Statue of Power.

Every Relaxaurus Effigy spot across Palpagos Islands, plus the EXP boost each one unlocks at a Statue of Power.

Relaxaurus Effigies are small white statues of the Pal Relaxaurus tucked into out-of-the-way corners of the Palpagos Islands. Collecting them and offering them at a Statue of Power raises how much experience your character earns. There are four in total in Palworld 1.0, and together they add up to a sizable head start on leveling.

Quick answer: Grab all four Relaxaurus Effigies from the ring-shaped lake near the Mount Obsidian Anubis Statue, the shrine on Sakurajima Island, the open cavern near the PIDF Tower in the Dessicated Desert, and the tallest obsidian tower in the Astral Mountains. Each one raises EXP gain by 12.5%, for 50% total once all four are turned in.

What Relaxaurus Effigies do

Palworld 1.0 reworked the old Effigy system. Instead of a single pool of Lifmunk Effigies, collectibles are now split across different Pal types, and offering them at a Statue of Power unlocks a range of buffs rather than just capture rate. Relaxaurus Effigies feed directly into your EXP gain.

The buff isn’t automatic. You have to interact with a Statue of Power and offer the effigies you’ve collected, and the EXP level will only rise if you have enough on hand. You can build your own statue or use one found out in the world.

Mount Obsidian, in the ring-shaped lake

Fast travel to the Mount Obsidian – Anubis Statue waypoint, which sits directly in front of the giant Anubis statue on the southern coast of Mount Obsidian.
Head north from the statue toward the ring-shaped lake. The first Relaxaurus Effigy sits in the middle of that lake, so aim for the center of the ring.

Sakurajima Island, at the shrine

Travel to Sakurajima Island in the northwestern part of the map and use the Moonflower Tower Entrance waypoint, near the tower where you fight Saya and Selyne.
From that point, follow the path west until you reach a large Japanese-style estate. The second Relaxaurus Effigy sits in front of a shrine there. An injured Kitsun Noct is nearby, and healing it starts a separate quest if you want it.

Dessicated Desert, inside the open cavern

Fast travel to the PIDF Tower Entrance waypoint. Bring a glider or a Glider Pal before you set out, since the route drops downhill.
Head west down the hill until you spot an open cavern entrance below. The third Relaxaurus Effigy sits on a small cliff inside that cavern. Watch your footing on the descent.

Astral Mountains, in the tallest obsidian tower

Go to the PAL Genetic Research Unit Tower Entrance and travel north toward the far end of the island, where the tall obsidian towers stand.
The fourth and final Relaxaurus Effigy is inside the tallest obsidian tower at the northern edge of the island. A fast flying mount makes reaching it far safer than climbing.

Turning them in and confirming the bonus

Once you’re holding the effigies, walk up to a Statue of Power and interact with it. Choose the option to offer Relaxaurus Effigies, and your EXP Gain level ticks up. Each effigy adds 12.5%, so all four together give a steady 50% boost to the experience you earn from then on.

If the offering option won’t increase your EXP level, it usually means you don’t yet have enough effigies to reach the next tier. Collect the remaining ones and return to the statue to push the level higher.
