Palworld: How to Farm World Tree Holy Water Fast

The drop-boost Pals, exact spawn spots, and breeding setup that let you stockpile Holy Water in the World Tree region.

The drop-boost Pals, exact spawn spots, and breeding setup that let you stockpile Holy Water in the World Tree region.

World Tree Holy Water is one of the endgame currencies that gates Ancient-tier crafting in Palworld 1.0. It only drops from Pals inside the World Tree region, so fast farming comes down to two things: hunting in dense spawn areas and running a party that multiplies enemy drops.

Quick answer: Field a Faleris with the Scorching Predator partner skill to make Ice Pals drop 50% more, then clear the Ice-type cave near the Abandoned Laboratory in the northern snow region. Faleris-boosted Ice kills drop World Tree Holy Water in stacks of roughly x4 to x22 at a time.

What World Tree Holy Water does

World Tree Holy Water is a Rare “Other Consumables” item. Its in-game description reads: “Sacred water brimming with the energy of the World Tree. It purifies all things and awakens latent powers. When consumed, World Tree resources will not vanish when approached for a period of time.”

That anti-vanishing effect matters because rare World Tree nodes disappear as you approach unless you are protected. You get the same protection for free by fielding a Pal that carries any of the 7 World Tree passive skills, so save the consumable for crafting once you have a suitable Pal in your party.

Partner skills that multiply Holy Water drops

The single biggest speed boost is a partner skill that increases how many items defeated Pals drop. Match the skill to the element you plan to hunt. Faleris scales with its star rating, so condensing it higher directly raises the bonus.

Pal / Partner skillEffect
Faleris — Scorching PredatorIce Pals drop more items (40% at 0-star up to 80% at 4-star)
Faleris Aqua — Tidal PredatorFire Pals drop 40% more items
Blazehowl Noct — Darkflame LionNeutral Pals drop 80% more items when defeated
Katress — Mystical Black MagicNeutral Pals drop 80% more; 50% chance to save a Pal Sphere
Maraith — Messenger of DeathAll party skill cooldowns reduced 60% on each kill
Cave Bat — Bat BackupAuto-collects nearby items (Item Collection Range Up: XL)

The drop-rate skills do not stack with themselves, so bring one drop booster matched to your target element, then fill the rest of the party with a mount, a cooldown reducer like Maraith, and a Cave Bat to sweep up loot automatically.

Best World Tree Holy Water farming spots

All three routes below sit inside the level 70-80 World Tree map. Pick the route that matches the drop-boost Pal you have available, then set your active Pal to Aggressive so it clears groups while you loot.

LocationTargetsBest booster
Cave near the Abandoned Laboratory (northern ice region)Univolt Cryst, Bastigor, Beacon Cryst, Rayhound Cryst (Lv. 75-77)Faleris (Ice drop boost)
Gilded City Ruins Watchtower, around -1862, 1377Wistella packs (Lv. 77)Blazehowl Noct or Katress (Neutral drop boost)
Open World Tree areaTitroise Prime (Lv. 76)Any matching drop booster

The ice cave is the densest option. With Faleris active, a single Ice-Pal kill drops Holy Water in stacks that range from x4 up to x22, so a full sweep of the cave fills your inventory quickly. Wistella packs near the Gilded City Ruins also drop Holy Water x3 or more per group alongside High Quality Pal Oil, Radiant Gems, and Nightstar Sand. Titroise Prime is a reliable single-target drop, giving Holy Water in stacks of x3, x6, and x12.

Set up a Faleris drop-boost farm

Faleris gives the highest sustained Holy Water yield because its bonus scales to 80% at 4 stars. Building one from scratch takes a capture, a breeding pair, its saddle, and some condensing.

Capture wild Faleris in the western and southwestern parts of the World Tree island, where they spawn at Level 77. Grab both a red female and a blue male so you can breed more later.
Assign one male and one female Faleris to a Breeding Farm from your base Assignment Board to produce Huge Scorching Eggs, then place each egg in an Egg Incubator to hatch it.
Craft the Faleris Saddle at a Pal Gear Workbench. The Scorching Predator skill stays locked until this Epic saddle is equipped. The recipe needs 28 Leather, 9 High Quality Cloth, 4 Hexolite, 23 Flame Organ, 28 Paldium Fragment, and 300 workload.
Open the Pal Condenser, pick your main Faleris, and feed the extra copies into it. Each star rating raises the drop bonus, so a 4-star Faleris pushes Ice-Pal drops to 80% more.

You know the setup is working when the equipped Faleris shows Scorching Predator Lv.2 active on its stat screen and the item pickup feed shows inflated Holy Water stacks after each Ice-Pal kill.

What to spend World Tree Holy Water on

Holy Water is finite currency once you use a World Tree passive Pal for node protection. Reserve it for the two crafts that consume it directly.

CraftHoly Water costOther materials
Paloxite Ingot (tech level 74)1 per ingot1 Soralite, 2 Paloxite
Awakening Crystal (per affinity)10 per crystal50 matching Radiant Gems, 30,000 work

Note: the Paloxite Ingot is a two-region recipe. Soralite comes from Sunreach while Paloxite and Holy Water come from the Tree, so carry Sunreach ore into your farming loop instead of discovering the dependency at the furnace. Fund one weapon or armor path first rather than trying to craft every Ancient-tier unlock at once, and keep a World Tree passive Pal in your party so routine mining never eats into your Holy Water stockpile.
