A fresh round of balance work has landed in Peroxide, touching Reiatsu Crystals, Reaper and Fullbringer kits, and Storm Delving healing. The biggest shift comes from the update the team posted on Discord: the Reiatsu Crystals of Creep now double the reiatsu cost of a target’s moves, turning them into a direct drain on an opponent’s resources. The AI that drives enemy behavior has also been rebuilt from the ground up.

Reiatsu Crystal of Creep now doubles move costs
The Reiatsu Crystal of Creep now makes the target pay double reiatsu cost on their moves while the effect is active. The duration of that effect was also extended.
| Effect | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Creep effect duration | 1.5s | 3s |
The Ultimate Crystal of Creep also doubles the reiatsu cost of a target’s skills for the length of its effect, which lasts 30 seconds. That doubling stacks with the regular Creep effect. Separately, the Reiatsu Crystal of Spirit now ignores the doubled reiatsu cost from both Reiatsu Crystals of Creep, so a Spirit user is not affected by the Creep tax.

Add to Google Preferences →AI rebuild, UI fixes, and a Yen dupe patch
How enemy AI works has been completely remade behind the scenes. The stated goal is better performance, and the team asked players to report any bugs or issues that come up after the change.
A group of interface bugs was also cleared up. The limit break and stat UI were being hidden and now display again, and the Reiatsu and Agility stat bars that were also hidden have been restored. On top of that, a Yen dupe was patched.
This is the third dupe patched in the month, and the team said that if no new dupes appear, work on the Halloween update can resume.
Reaper changes
Kurohitsugi iFrames and stun
Kurohitsugi received several adjustments to its cutscene behavior. Targets hit by the cutscene get more iFrames and less stun, while the user’s own iFrames were reduced slightly. The cooldown also no longer begins until after the cutscene finishes.
| Value | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Target iFrames | 0.15s | 0.5s |
| User iFrames | 1s | 0.5s |
| Target stun | — | Ends immediately after box |
Gravity move variants
Within the field, holding carry during Gravity’s Rock Scatter forces its standard version. Holding carry on Gravity’s Gravity Field also selects a different variant of the move.
Horn of Salvation heal and obby
Healing from Horn of Salvation is determined by your Bankai bar: at 100% it restores the full amount, while at 5% it restores just 15% of the usual value. The Horn of Salvation obby now preserves your progress between attempts, so you can retry without limit, with a 15 minute cooldown.
Fullbringer and Jester changes
Jester now correctly gets both usages of Uoaring Phalant, which was previously not working. Temptation’s touch radius for triggering its explosion was increased, and Sloth’s cooldown was reworked to a lower base with a capped scaling.
| Value | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Sloth base cooldown | 30 + scaling s | 15 + scaling, maxes at 90s (105s total) |
| Temptation touch radius | 5, 4, 5 | 6, 5, 6 |
Pride now stacks two strings per perfect block when the user is a Jester with Pride active. That means a Pride Jester needs 5 perfect blocks to proc the ultimate instead of 10. Non-Pride Jesters still stack once per perfect block, stacks still decay one at a time, and the ultimate can still only proc if it is a Jester with Pride when perfect blocked.
Storm Delving healing rules
Storm orbs will no longer heal players in VastoRage or players with reap or ultimate reap applied to them. The heal now also displays the amount you receive when it triggers.
