Pokémon TCG Pocket is a digital card-collecting game built around opening booster packs, assembling decks, and competing against other trainers. The Pokémon Company periodically releases gift codes that distribute free pack hourglasses and trade tokens — resources that let you open more packs and complete card trades without spending real money.

How to Redeem Pokémon TCG Pocket Codes
Redemption happens entirely on the official Pokémon TCG Pocket gift code page — there is no in-app code entry field. Before you start: gift codes never contain the letters O, I, Z, A, E, or U. If a character looks like one of those, it is a number.

Locating Your Support ID
Your Support ID is not visible during normal gameplay. To find it, tap the three-line menu icon at the top of the game’s loading screen. The Support ID is displayed at the very bottom of that menu. Copy it carefully before navigating to the redemption website — it is entirely separate from the friend ID shown elsewhere in the game.

Collecting Rewards from the Gift Mail Box
Redeemed rewards do not land in your inventory right away. They are held in the Gift Mail box, found at the top-right corner of the Home screen. Tap it to view any pending gifts and claim each one individually. If the box appears empty after a redemption, double-check that the code was accepted without an error on the website.

Claiming Pokémon TCG Pocket Twitch Drops
Twitch Drops have been one of the most consistent sources of gift codes. To participate, you need a Twitch account with a verified email address and your Twitch account connected to a Pokémon Trainer Club account before watching.

Staying Updated on New Codes
The official Pokémon TCG Pocket account on X is the fastest way to catch new code announcements directly from the developer. There is no official Discord for the game, but several active fan-run community servers share codes as soon as they surface. When a new code goes live, redeem it quickly — many codes carry a global usage cap and stop working the moment that limit is hit, independent of any stated expiration date.
