Kamado is the rarest tier of clan in Project Slayers, and it happens to line up almost perfectly with a demon-side Blood Manipulation build. The clan hands you sunlight immunity and stamina-fed regeneration as a demon, and the sickle moveset attached to Blood Manipulation covers enough ground to clear packed dungeon floors without repositioning much. Put the two together with refined Damascus Sickles and the point totals climb fast.
Quick answer: Roll or buy the Kamado clan, drink Muzan’s Blood to turn demon, unlock Blood Manipulation, then craft and refine Damascus Sickles and run the Red Oni Mask dungeon loadout.
Kamado clan perks and how to get the 0.1% roll
Kamado sits in the Supreme rarity bracket with a 0.1% chance per clan spin. There is no pity system attached to it, so buying spin bundles only buys more attempts at the same odds. The guaranteed route is saving 4,000 spins and purchasing the clan directly from the clan menu, and spins accumulate through hourly playtime and AFK rewards, dungeon waves, and active update codes.
| Perk | Value |
|---|---|
| Health | +140 |
| Stamina | +125 |
| Strength / Sword / Weapons | +3 each |
| Block Points | +3 |
| Stamina regeneration | +200% |
| Movement speed | +15% |
| Sunlight immunity | Demon only |
| HP regeneration skill | Demon only |
The demon-only entries are the ones that matter for this build. Sunlight immunity means you never have to burn an equipment slot on sun protection, and the HP regeneration ability converts stamina into health, which the +200% stamina regeneration keeps topped up between pulls. Pain Resistance, Indomitable Will, Combat Intuition, and Headbutt round out the active kit.
Save a rare clan to a slot the moment it appears on the roll screen. Seeing it land does not lock it in on its own.

Crafting and refining Damascus Sickles
Damascus Sickles are the working weapon for this build. Bring the materials to the blacksmith at the Nichirin Forge, then take the finished pair to Refiner Hagane and push the refinement to level 4 before you start serious dungeon runs.
| Weapon | Where | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Damascus Sickles | Nichirin Forge blacksmith | Blood Sickles, Metal Scraps, Mythic Remnants, Silk Thread |
| Damascus Sickles (refined) | Refiner Hagane | Refinement up to level 4 |
| Nightfall Sickles | Blacksmith Togane | 1 Damascus Sickles, 1 Nightfall Sickles Schematic, 1000 Metal Scraps, 1000 Silk Thread, 1,000,000 Wen |
The Nightfall Sickles Schematic is not sold. It sits at the bottom of a hidden shaft out in the wilderness that opens after you pull the levers nearby, and you climb down to collect it. Until you have the schematic and 1,000,000 Wen, refined Damascus Sickles are the ceiling.
Dungeon gear loadout and mastery levels
The equipment side leans entirely into damage because the clan already covers sun exposure. The full set is the Red Oni Mask, Nichirin Lantern, Bamboo Muzzle, Stone Haori, and Demonic Horns II.
- Red Oni Mask
- Nichirin Lantern
- Bamboo Muzzle
- Stone Haori
- Demonic Horns II

Masteries matter as much as the gear here. The build runs at Level 51 Blood Manipulation Mastery and Level 50 Sickles Mastery, and both feed the total damage figure shown on the stat readout. Levelling one and neglecting the other leaves noticeable damage on the table.

How the sickle skills behave in dungeons
Every sickle ability on the bar has a wide area of effect, which is the reason this build scores well on crowded floors rather than in duels. Z, X, C, and V all sweep enough space to catch a full wave, so you spend more time attacking and less time chasing stragglers around the arena.
- X — unstoppable hyper armor, so you can commit through incoming hits.
- V — an area pull that gathers scattered enemies into one cluster.
- Z and C — wide sweeps for clearing packed groups.
Against a single target such as the Gyutai boss, the hyper armor on X is what lets you keep a rotation going through the boss’s own attacks, while V still pulls in whatever adds are on the floor.

Checking the build is performing
The end-of-run score is the clearest confirmation that everything is set up correctly. A floor 40 run on unrefined gear lands around 93,402 points. With refined Damascus Sickles, the full mask-and-haori loadout, and both masteries in the low fifties, a solo dungeon run reaches 460,094 points. If your totals sit well below that, the usual gaps are refinement level and mastery level rather than the clan itself.
Dungeon runs also feed the spin economy, awarding 300 Wen, 3 clan spins, and 1 BDA spin per completed wave on a two-hour cooldown.
Where the build goes next
Two upgrades sit above the current setup. Nightfall Sickles replace the Damascus pair once the schematic and the million Wen are in hand, and the Nightfall Mask takes over the head slot from the Red Oni Mask. You can inspect the mask and its stats in the Archives before committing to the grind, which is the sensible way to decide whether the swap is worth your materials.

Dungeon cards layer on top of all of this, and the right combination pushes point totals higher without changing a single piece of equipment. The core pairing stays the same either way: a Kamado demon that ignores sunlight, regenerates off stamina, and swings sickles that hit everything in the room at once.
