How to redeem codes
Open a web browser and go to the official RIFT Code Redemption page at https://www.trionworlds.com/rift/en/store/redeem/.
Log in to your existing Glyph account or create a new account if you do not already have one.
Confirm the redemption when prompted. After it succeeds, restart the RIFT client if it is running so the new items appear on your account.

Why codes might not work
- The code has expired or all limited-use redemptions have already been claimed.
- There is a typo, missing character, or extra space in the code; RIFT codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly.
- The code was already redeemed on your Glyph account, so it cannot be applied again.
- The game client or account page has not refreshed yet; log out and back in, or restart the game, then check your mailbox or claim area again.
