How Flex UGC code redemption works
Codes are entered inside the Flex UGC experience through the built-in redemption interface. When accepted, the item is granted instantly or unlocked for claim depending on the creator’s setup.
Step 1: Open the Flex UGC experience in Roblox and wait for it to fully load.
Step 2: Locate and select the “Redeem a Code” option on the screen.
Step 3: Type or paste a code exactly as shown, including capitalization.
Step 4: Confirm by pressing the redeem button to receive the item.
Successful redemption typically shows an on-screen confirmation and adds the item to your inventory or unlock queue.
Requirements tied to specific codes
Some codes only work if certain conditions are already met. These conditions are defined by the item creator and are enforced at redemption.
