Sailor Piece Accessories: Every Outfit, Stats, and Drop Source

A full breakdown of each accessory's defense, damage, and damage reduction values, plus where to farm them.

A full breakdown of each accessory’s defense, damage, and damage reduction values, plus where to farm them.

Accessories in Sailor Piece are equippable items that raise your Defense, Damage, and Damage Reduction at the same time, which makes them one of the biggest power jumps for boss fights and late-game grinding. You can only wear one at a time, and most of them come from defeating world bosses with low drop chances, so knowing which boss carries which piece saves a lot of wasted runs.

Quick answer: Defeat the boss tied to the accessory you want, deal at least 10% of its health to qualify for loot, and the item drops to your inventory. Equip it from the Accessories tab and enchant it at the Enchant NPC on Shibuya Station to push the stats higher.

Full Sailor Piece accessories list with stats and drop sources

Almost every accessory is Legendary or Mythical rarity. The stats below are base (E0) values, meaning they get larger once you enchant the item. Drop chances shift with your luck stat, so the percentages are a baseline rather than a fixed rate.

Best accessories to chase first

If you want the strongest base stats, the late-game pieces from Sea 2 and recent updates lead the pack. The Ghoul Outfit (135% DEF, 115% DMG) from the Black Reaper boss currently sits at the top for raw numbers, followed closely by the Dual Outfit and Sun Outfit. For PvP and general endgame, the Manipulator Outfit and Maiden Outfit remain reliable picks because their 15% Damage Reduction stacks well with high defense.

The Ghoul Outfit needs a few extra steps. After unlocking Sea 2, finish the Blood Flower quest to open Isolation Island, farm Reaper Keys from the local mobs, and use them to summon the Black Reaper boss. The outfit can also arrive as a bonus once you reach the boss pity requirement of 25 kills.

How to farm accessories faster

Most accessories only drop from bosses, and the rates are low, so preparation matters more than luck. Bring your strongest sword and Devil Fruit combo so fights end quickly and you can chain more attempts.

Sailor Piece boss fight
A strong weapon paired with a powerful fruit clears bosses far faster.
Head to The Boss Island and use the Boss Summoner instead of waiting for a natural respawn. This lets you reset fights instantly and stack far more kills per session.
Use the pity system. Every boss has a hidden kill counter, so build up pity on a cheap, fast boss like a Night Boss or Saber, then switch to your target boss when you are one kill away from the guaranteed drop.
Remember the 10% rule. You must deal at least 10% of a boss’s health to qualify for its loot, so avoid leeching off other players if you want the drop credited to you.

The Shibuya Station area is a strong farming hub because it has three bosses that spawn every five minutes. Keep an eye on the Boss Rush shop as well, since it occasionally stocks pieces like the Sun Armor outright.

How to equip accessories

Once a boss drops an accessory, it lands in your inventory automatically. Open the Inventory menu, switch to the Accessories tab, and click the item to wear it. You can only have one equipped at a time, so run the highest-stat piece you own, and feel free to swap a high-defense item for boss fights and a damage-focused one for PvP.

Use Sailor piece accessories
Duplicate copies stay in your inventory, so you can keep spares for enchanting.

Accessories also work with the in-game Trade system, so you can trade duplicates to other players or pick up a piece you are missing without farming it yourself.

How to enchant accessories at Shibuya Station

Enchanting raises an accessory’s Defense, Damage, and Damage Reduction beyond its base values, which is the main way to keep a mid-tier piece competitive. Visit the Enchant NPC on Shibuya Station, near the tall building that holds the Curse King Trainer, and open the menu.

Enchant Accessories
Higher enchant levels demand rarer materials and sometimes duplicate copies.
Talk to the Enchant NPC and open the enchantment menu.
Select the accessory you want to upgrade.
Click Enchant once you have the required materials, which scale with the accessory’s rarity and current enchant level.

Each enchant needs crafting materials like Wood, Iron, Obsidian, Mythril, and Diamond, and some levels also ask for duplicate copies of the same accessory. For example, the Curse King Collar requires 50 Wood, 20 Iron, 4 Obsidian, and 2 Curse King Collars including the one you are upgrading. You will know the upgrade worked when the accessory’s stat total updates in the Stats menu, viewable under the Accessory boost section.

With the boss summoner, the pity trick, and a fully enchanted best-in-slot piece, you can turn even a low drop rate into a steady supply of stat boosts and steadily close the gap on the strongest builds in the game.
