Sailor Piece Blood Flower Quest: All Six Flower Locations

Sailor Piece Blood Flower Quest: All Six Flower Locations

The Blood Flower questline arrived with Sailor Piece's Ghoul Update and acts as the only gate into Isolation Island, the new Sea 2 zone that houses the Black Reaper melee. The task itself is simple in shape: talk to one NPC, find six red flowers scattered across Sea 2 islands, then return. The catch is that most of the flowers sit behind buildings, on top of mountains, or wedged in narrow gaps you won't spot from a normal flight path.

🌹
Quick answer: Reach Sea 2, speak to the Blood Flower NPC on the tall mountain to the right of Sea 2 Starter Island, then collect all six flowers on Starter Island, Bizarre Island, Punch Island, Blue Planet, World Island, and Slayer Island. Returning to the NPC raises your stat limit and unlocks Isolation Island.

Requirements before starting

The entire questline takes place inside Sea 2, so you must have already cleared the Sea 2 unlock route. Without Sea 2 access, the quest-giver NPC will not be reachable and none of the flower nodes will spawn on the relevant islands.

There is no level lock printed on the NPC itself, but every flower sits on a Sea 2 island, and several spots are easier to reach with a flight-capable race or sufficient movement. Players generally arrive at Sea 2 in the 12,000+ level range based on the standard island progression.

Starting the quest

Travel to Sea 2 Starter Island through the portal. From the spawn point, face the right side of the island and look up at the tall mountain that overlooks the area. The Blood Flower Quest NPC stands at the top of that cliff.

Interact with him to accept the quest. Your tracker will then show six pickups remaining, one per island.

All six Blood Flower locations

The flowers appear as a bright red bloom on the ground or on elevated terrain. Each one prompts a Blood Flower # Collect interaction when you get close. Collection order does not matter.

#IslandWhere to look
1Sea 2 Starter IslandFrom the spawn crystal, head left into the mountains. The flower sits on top of an elevated ledge tucked between the peaks.
2Bizarre IslandGo to the colosseum and find the boss summoner. Climb the slope behind him; the flower is wedged in the gap between the two tall mountains.
3Punch IslandHead to the quest-giver NPC on the left side. Climb the ridge opposite him and check behind the building. This is the same spot used for the Archangel halo.
4Blue PlanetFind the Spirit Warrior (Empyrean/Goku) trainer. Move behind the boss arena and check the right side, where there is a raised pocket inside a mountain cavity.
5World IslandGo to the Spec Passive NPC. Step behind the tree next to him; the flower sits at the shoreline, right against the sea.
6Slayer IslandWalk to the Sun God boss spawn area. From the house, head right through the narrow crack between two mountains and check behind the tree against the rock face.
🧭
Tip: The Slayer Island flower is the one most players miss. The gap between the two mountains near the Sun God spawn is narrow enough that fly-pathing over the area can hide it completely. Approach on foot or hover low.

Confirming each pickup

Each time you grab a flower, a tracker on the left side of the screen updates with your progress (for example, Blood Flowers 5/6 Completed). If you revisit a node you have already cleared, the prompt will return You've already collected this flower! instead of granting a new pickup.

After the sixth flower, an on-screen message tells you to head back to the Blood Flower NPC on Sea 2 Starter Island.

Turning in the quest

Return to the same NPC on top of the right-side mountain and interact again. You will see the Blood Flower Questline Complete! message, your stat limit will be raised, and Isolation Island becomes accessible.

Isolation Island is where you farm the materials needed to purchase the Black Reaper melee style, along with the rest of the Ghoul Update content.

If a flower won't pick up

Two things tend to cause a "stuck" pickup. The first is standing slightly out of range on the elevated terrain — most flowers are placed on a small raised patch, and you need to land directly on it rather than fly over it. The second is server desync after a fresh quest accept; rejoining the server forces the flower nodes to render correctly.

If a flower still does not appear after rejoining, switch servers. The nodes are per-player, so another player picking them up does not block yours.

Once Isolation Island is unlocked, the Sea 2 portal list will include it as a new destination, and the Black Reaper route opens up from there.
