The Huge Update for Sailor Piece adds three end-game weapons tied to Sea 2 content: two swords, Sun God and Dual Wielder, and one melee spec, Spirit Warrior. Each one is gated behind a different system, so the path you take depends on whether you want to grind a boss, run a raid, or finish a long questline.
Quick answer: Unlock Sea 2, then farm the Sun God world boss on Slayer Island for the Sun God sword, run the Minotaur Raid on Blue Planet for the Dual Wielder drop, and complete the Empyrean Training questline on Blue Planet for the Spirit Warrior melee.
New Sailor Piece weapons at a reference glance
All three additions are Mythical-tier and require Sea 2 access. Sea 2 itself unlocks after you collect two Ancient Fragments and assemble the seven map pieces in the first sea.
| Weapon | Type | Location | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sun God | Sword (Mythical) | Slayer Island | Crafted at the Sun God NPC using world-boss drops |
| Dual Wielder | Sword (Mythical) | Blue Planet | Drop from the Minotaur Raid |
| Spirit Warrior | Melee spec (Mythical) | Blue Planet | Reward for completing the Empyrean Training questline |
How to get the Sun God sword on Slayer Island
Sun God is a Yoriichi-inspired sword purchased from the Sun God NPC after you farm materials from the Sun God world boss. The boss spawns on Slayer Island roughly every 20 minutes, so plan for repeat kills.

Step 1: Travel to Slayer Island in Sea 2 and wait for the Sun God world boss to spawn. Defeat it to begin rolling for its drops and the title.
Step 2: Continue farming the boss until you have collected every material below. Drop rates scale with your Luck stat.
| Requirement | Base drop rate |
|---|---|
| "Sun Dancer" title | 1.5% (70 pity) |
| 2× Sun Essence | 5% |
| 5× Solar Shard | 14% |
| 9× Flame Pulse | 26% |
| 16× Divine Remnant | 52% |
Step 3: Walk past the boss arena to the right and speak with the Sun God NPC. Turn in the title and all materials to craft the sword.
You will know it worked when Sun God appears in your sword inventory and can be equipped from the Swords tab.
How to get the Dual Wielder sword from the Minotaur Raid
Dual Wielder is a Kirito-inspired dual-blade sword and the only weapon in this batch with no crafting recipe. It drops exclusively from the Minotaur Raid on Blue Planet.
Step 1: Farm Raid Keys before queueing. Keys drop from any Sea 2 NPC that fights with fists (no weapon equipped). The Spirit Fighters on Blue Planet are a reliable source.
Step 2: Travel to Blue Planet and talk to the Raid Portal NPC. Spend a key to open a Minotaur Raid portal. Easy difficulty is soloable with a strong damage build and still rolls for the sword drop.
Step 3: Defeat the Minotaur boss and check the post-raid reward screen. Dual Wielder rolls at roughly a 2% base drop rate, with Luck and higher difficulties shifting the number upward.
Step 4: Repeat raids until the sword appears. A common approach is to clear the boss to low HP on a damage build, then swap to a Luck build for the killing blow to bias the loot roll.
Tip: The current max level cap was raised to 20,000 with this update. Reaching that cap before farming the raid significantly reduces clear time.
How to unlock the Spirit Warrior melee on Blue Planet
Spirit Warrior is a Goku-inspired melee spec and the reward for finishing the Empyrean Training questline. Unlike most melee specs, it ships with its F move already unlocked, so no separate Mastery quest is required afterward.
Step 1: On Blue Planet, locate the Empyrean Trainer NPC near the small house opposite the Spirit Warrior summoner. Interact to start the six-stage questline.
Step 2: Complete each quest in order. Several stages are RNG-heavy, so save bloodline stones and luck-boost items before you begin.
| Quest | Objective | Where to do it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Consume 3 Spirit Stones | Farm Spirit Fighters on Blue Planet, then use the stones from inventory |
| 2 | Roll the Empyrean Bloodline | Use Bloodline Stones (drops from Sea 2 enemies) until it rolls |
| 3 | Defeat 15 World Bosses with melee only | Rotate between Punch Island and Slayer Island bosses |
| 4 | Reach floor 75+ in Crystal Defense, 4 times | Punch Island, using Crystal Keys |
| 5 | Defeat 10 Sea Beasts | Open Ocean, Sea 2 (requires 500K+ bounty to trigger spawns) |
| 6 | Defeat the Spirit Warrior boss 50 times | Spirit Warrior summoner, Blue Planet (Normal difficulty counts) |
Step 3: Return to the Empyrean Trainer after the sixth quest. The melee unlocks immediately and can be equipped from the Melee tab in your inventory.
Note: Quest 3 only counts kills landed while a melee spec is equipped. Swapping to a sword for the killing blow will not advance the counter.
Where the new weapons sit against the rest of the lineup
All three additions slot into the top of the current meta. Dual Wielder and Sun God compete with Anti Magic, Ice Queen, Atomic, Abyssal Empress, True Manipulator (True Aizen), Yamato, Dragon Goddess, and Great Mage at the S-tier of swords. Spirit Warrior joins Cosmic Being, The World, Moon Slayer, Strongest Shinobi, Blessed Maiden, Corrupted Excalibur (Saber Alter), Anos, and Gilgamesh at the S-tier of melee specs, with Spirit Warrior's Kamehameha-style finisher posting some of the highest single-hit damage numbers in the game.
If you are pre-Sea 2 and still chasing a first Mythical, Ichigo (Soul Reaper), Aizen (Manipulator), and Ragna (Dragon Slayer) are the most accessible carry swords until you reach Blue Planet and Slayer Island content.
Common reasons unlocks do not trigger
- Sea 2 not unlocked: Slayer Island, Blue Planet, the Minotaur Raid, and the Empyrean questline are all Sea 2 content. None of the new weapons are reachable from the first sea.
- Wrong weapon type during quest 3: The Empyrean "15 World Bosses" objective only counts melee kills. A sword equipped during the killing blow will block progress.
- Raid Keys missing: Keys only drop from Sea 2 NPCs fighting with fists. Sword-wielding NPCs and Sea 1 mobs do not award them.
- Sun God turn-in incomplete: The NPC will not craft the sword unless you have the Sun Dancer title plus every listed material in the exact quantity.
If you would rather skip the grind, all three weapons are sold individually in the in-game shop for Robux, and a Spirit Warrior + Sun God + Dual Wielder bundle is also offered. The grind paths above are the only ways to unlock them without paying.
