The scene sits in a small clearing to the west of the First Sight Sanctum, between it and the Rainbow Woods fast travel point, at roughly (-597, 1628). You will find a group of Helmuts gathered around a golden helmet resting on a platform, including the Onlooking Helmut, the Watchful Helmut, and the Devoted Helmut that guards it.
Since the encounter plays only once, bring a healthy team and enough Aniipods before you trigger it, so you are not scrambling once the new creature appears.
What you need: a Cloak-ability Aniimo
The Devoted Helmut turns away anyone who approaches in human form or while twined with an Aniimo that cannot go invisible. To reach the helmet you need an Aniimo with the Cloak skill, which puts you into an invisible Cloak State while twined. Any of these families work, in all their forms:
