Sell Lemons Minigames: How to Unlock Lemon Dash and Lemon Trading

Both bonus games sit behind fully maxed departments and pay out based on your income per second.

Minigames are optional bonus activities in Sell Lemons that hand you extra Cash on top of your normal passive income. They are locked behind button upgrades, so you only reach them after you have poured a serious amount of money into specific departments. Right now there are two of them, and both are free to play once unlocked.

Quick answer: Fully upgrade the Lemon Dash department to unlock Lemon Dash, the Game for $230 Quadrillion, and fully upgrade the Lemon Trading department to unlock Lemon Trading, the Game for 165 Tredecillion. Playing either costs nothing, and each resets five minutes after you play it.

Both Sell Lemons minigames and their unlock cost

A minigame becomes available only after the department it belongs to is completely upgraded. The final purchase in that upgrade chain is the minigame itself. Once you own it, you can replay it for profit without spending any Cash.

Note: If you have used Void Evolution to change your fruit, the minigame names update to match the fruit you currently have. The mechanics stay the same.

Lemon Dash, the Game: racing bet payouts

Lemon Dash, the Game pays out when your ball finishes in the top three.

Lemon Dash, the Game is a quick racing event built around four balls. Before the race starts, you place a bet on one of the four. Once it begins, you tap the Cheer button as fast as you can to push your chosen ball forward.

Your reward depends entirely on finishing position. A 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place finish pays out Cash scaled to your current income per second. A 4th place finish pays nothing, so the higher your income per second, the more each successful race is worth.

Upgrades required to unlock Lemon Dash, the Game

You reach the minigame by buying every Lemon Dash upgrade in order. The final button in the chain is the minigame purchase itself.

Lemon Trading, the Game: buy low, sell high

Illustration

Lemon Trading, the Game is a stock market style activity. You start with a set amount of LemonCoins, and the price moves up and down on its own throughout the round. The goal is to sell when the price is high and buy back when it drops.

Use the Sell All button to dump your entire stack at the current price. When the price bottoms out, hit the Buy button to spend Cash on more LemonCoins. Because the price fluctuates constantly, well-timed trades stack up real profit before the round ends.

Your final reward combines your income per second with how well you traded during the round. Even if the timer runs out while you still hold LemonCoins, you still collect a payout, so there is no penalty for being caught mid-trade.

How to unlock and replay the minigames

Minigames in Sell Lemons
Work through every upgrade button in either the Lemon Dash or Lemon Trading department. Each upgrade costs more than the last, so expect to grind a large amount of Cash to reach the end of the chain.
Buy the final button, which is the minigame itself. That purchase costs $230 Quadrillion for Lemon Dash, the Game and 165 Tredecillion for Lemon Trading, the Game.
Start the minigame from its department. It opens for free, and the Cash you win scales with your income per second, so the upgrades you bought along the way pay you back quickly.

After you finish a round, that minigame goes on a five-minute cooldown before you can play it again. Between the two, Lemon Dash, the Game currently delivers the larger Cash payout.

The upgrade chains are expensive, but they double as income boosts for your wider lemon empire, so the spending is not wasted. Once both departments are maxed, cycling these rounds whenever the cooldown clears gives you a steady stream of bonus Cash to push your next set of upgrades.
