The Nightfall armor set in Slayers 2 is split across four pieces, and none of them are sold by an NPC. The Mask sits at the top of a dungeon tower, the Cape is a trade, and the Top and Bottom only appear once you have already finished the rest of the collection. Here is the exact order to work through, what each piece costs at the forge, and how to confirm the schematic actually landed in your inventory.
Quick answer: Collect the nine other Nightfall schematics — the seven weapons plus the Mask and Cape — then speak to Blacksmith Togane in Hidden Mist Village and pick “The set drawings” to receive the Top and Bottom.
The unlock order for the Nightfall armor set
Two of the four armor schematics can be picked up whenever you like. The other two are gated behind a completion check, so the sequence matters more than raw level or gear.
- Nightfall Mask — found on a pedestal at the top of the dungeon tower.
- Nightfall Cape — traded from a Lost Cape at Weaver Hatsu.
- Nightfall Top and Bottom — handed over by Blacksmith Togane once the other nine schematics are in your inventory.
That count of nine includes all seven Nightfall weapon schematics, so the armor set is effectively the last thing you finish. Grab the Mask and Cape first, then clean up the weapons, then return to the blacksmith.

The Mask is the fastest of the four and has no puzzle or drop chance attached. It is a straight climb.

Nightfall Cape schematic: getting a Lost Cape and trading it
The Cape schematic is not lying around anywhere. You need to hand a Lost Cape to an NPC, and the Lost Cape itself is the real bottleneck.
Where the Lost Cape comes from
There are two ways to get one. Fishing may produce it, but the chance is low and the method requires no active effort. For a dependable result, defeat The Lost Slayer, a level 100 boss with 12,000 HP, found in an underwater cave at Final Selection, northwest of the starting point.
Final Selection is not somewhere you can simply walk back into, so the standard workaround is to reset your race and re-enter it. Race resets are sold for Robux, but the shop menu also accepts Ores, which makes repeat attempts far cheaper if the drop does not go your way.
Check the shop menu for the Ore-priced race reset before spending Robux. It is the same reset, just a different currency.

The seven Nightfall weapon schematics you still need
With the Mask and Cape done, the Top and Bottom are blocked only by the weapon schematics. Here is where each one sits and what stands between you and it.
| Weapon | Area | Main requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Nightfall Katana | Mistfall Harbor | Underwater tunnel past the waterfall |
| Nightfall Serpent Katana | Mistfall Harbor seabed | Find a key, open the secret box |
| Nightfall Axe and Mace | Bamboo Grove hilltop temple | Climb to the interior rafters |
| Nightfall Scythe | Cave under the Wind trainer | Left, left, right, left through the cave |
| Nightfall Gauntlet | Three statues across the map | 100-hit combo on each statue |
| Nightfall Claws | Butterfly Estate, below the Yeti | Dive into the underwater pit |
| Nightfall Sickle | Ten levers across the island | Pull all ten to open the sewer grate |
Nightfall Axe and Mace
Climb the hill north of the Bamboo Grove until you reach the temple at the summit, then go inside and work your way up the wooden platforms. The schematic sits on a pedestal in the upper interior, and a vertical mobility skill saves a lot of missed jumps on the way.

Nightfall Gauntlet
Start by speaking to Stonemason Tobei in Hidden Mist Village, then hit three separate statues 100 times each. The statue in the Akaza cave at Windy Peak takes Breathing Style or Blood Demon Art hits, the one near the Rengoku dungeon bridge takes weapon hits, and the one at the top of the Hidden Mist Village climb takes bare fists. Leave the area and come back after each one — glowing eyes mean it registered.
Once all three are lit, return to Tobei and he hands over the schematic.

Nightfall Top and Bottom from Blacksmith Togane
These two are a reward for the collection, not a hidden pickup. If you talk to Togane early he simply tells you “Not yet” and asks you to bring him a whole set of drawings first.
Nightfall armor crafting costs
Every piece uses the same material list. Only the gold price changes, and the Mask is the cheapest of the four.
| Piece | Materials | Gold |
|---|---|---|
| Nightfall Mask | Schematic x1, Forged Steel x1, Reinforced Fabric x5, Weave x1 | 500,000 |
| Nightfall Cape | Schematic x1, Forged Steel x1, Reinforced Fabric x5, Weave x1 | 1,000,000 |
| Nightfall Top | Schematic x1, Forged Steel x1, Reinforced Fabric x5, Weave x1 | 1,000,000 |
| Nightfall Bottom | Schematic x1, Forged Steel x1, Reinforced Fabric x5, Weave x1 | 1,000,000 |
On top of those, each craft also draws 1,000 Metal Scraps and 1,000 Ore. Both are stockpiled well above that threshold by most players who have been farming, but it is worth checking your counts before you commit to all four pieces back to back.
How to confirm each schematic registered
Schematics show up in your inventory the moment they are collected, marked as mythic items. For the pickups, the pedestal or altar stops offering an interact prompt after you take it. For the trades, Weaver Hatsu and Blacksmith Togane both close out their dialogue with the hand-over instead of the “Not yet” refusal.
The final check is the forge itself. Open Togane’s crafting menu and each Nightfall piece should list its schematic requirement as satisfied rather than greyed out. If you want to run the collection yourself, Slayers 2 is available on Roblox, and the whole armor set is realistically a multi-session project once the Lost Cape drop and the ten-lever Sickle hunt are factored in.
